Dimitri Mock, our technician always goes above and beyond when he performs Pest Control Services at our property. He calls prior to arriving and is always so cheerful on the phone. Dimitri is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products that he uses as well as all services available from his company. He is diligent when spraying both the inside and outside at our property and so careful and considerate with our fur babies. Dimitri always goes above and beyond and is also patient and thorough with any questions that I ask him. He makes sure that he takes the time to explain everything and that I understand everything that he has told me before he leaves. I could not be more pleased with Dimitri and the care he has shown in keeping our house and yard pest free.

Brandon Robinson was my tech, he was very helpful and explained the process to me. He was very professional while performing his duties on my property! He’s gets 5 stars, if I was able to give 10 stars he would most definitely get them.

Their technician Anthony came by last Thursday and did another great job of my quarterly service. As always, he alerts me to his presence and warns me about keeping the pets inside for at least a half hour after he departs. This time, I had a question for him concerning what services they provided to me in 2023, year-to-date. He pulled out what appeared to be his phone and began typing. Shortly afterwards, he showed me his screen, and pointed out what I needed to know. Great job, with friendly and professional service!

Marquez Stone was the most thorough,intelligent,helpful employee that I have ever encountered.He was also a teacher and educated me about all aspects of the problem. Any business would benefit from an employee like this. Excellent people like him are rare these days.

I’ve had services with them for almost 6 years now. Lainey in the office is so knowledge and sweet- always helpful and able to answer my many questions.

Today's technician was Mike Grigsby in Arrow. He did everything of pest control I expected him to do with sincerity. Even if I wasn't watching, he removed what was attached to the garage door, and after hearing that a lot of cockroaches appeared in the house, he carefully applied treatment inside and outside the house. This was just the second month I received the services from Arrow, but I'd like to ask this technician for the next service. He handled every inch of it carefully. He took care of every nook and cranny. He's great!

Misty is the best !! & has been consistent with the level of service she provides to our property. She is on time, has a great attitude, and takes time out of her day to speak to us . I hope we can have a business relationship with Misty for a long time. She always goes above and beyond to make sure our home is pest free

Marquez was amazing! He was very thorough with the pest treatment inside and outside the house getting into all the nooks and crannies. He was also very kind and thoughtful, even locking the door behind him because my hands were full when he was done with the inside treatment.

Marquez Stone was the technician that took care of our home. He arrived on time and started taking care of the house even before I came home as a family member let him into the house. Marquez showed expertise, knowledge, diligence and passion about his work. He was thorough both outside and inside the house while educating me on preventive measures. When I informed him about the black ants, he made sure to apply the granules outside and placed a bait inside. He also cleaned out the spider webs that were on the walls and ceilings. Although I had a one-time request, given his honesty and integrity, I will be returning to Arrow and asking for his services.

Julian performed our termite treatment quickly and thoroughly. It was hot as hades yet it didn’t seem to bother him at all. He inspected the perimeter of our home and was attentive to the treatment of our home. Very professional! Highly recommend!

Dimitri was very professional in doing his job and what was required to complete his task at my home.
He was also very respectful by the way he greets you at the front door and using booties before he came into my home to spray. This kept outside debris and any chemicals from contaminating my home
