Rouses Market

This is the greatest grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life. Love the cakes! Love the coca cola! Love everyone working there! This place is awesome. Also the music is spectacular. 200 million stars.

I am new to ROUSES. l like the feel of the layout. The prices are better or even than the competitors' big stores. The to go food was very fresh and tasty. I will drive the extra miles to my ROUSES to enjoy my shopping 🛒
experience. I can now afford to treat my grandkids to 🍥 sushi 🍥 again.

My go to grocery store. Unlike the blue super center or market, you can actually find someone to help you when you can't find something. And they do pickup as well when you shop through the app.

Wonderful selection of produce and meat. Thousands of grocery items to choose from and the weekly sales are great. Very clean store and super friendly staff. I love this store

Bathroom was clean and the price of the Gentilly Cake was still very reasonable. Plenty of parking too. The Friendly staff just made my day.

Every time i go there the store is clean. No shopping carts in the parking lot. The young men that make sure of that is Awesome. Cashier's are friendly. And floor staff don't run away when you come to ask a question. And if it's not their department they will go find out from the employee who's department it is or bring that person to you to help you.

Wonderful selection of beer. Lots of choices for freshly cooked meals. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. If you have not shopped here or is worth the experience. If you are from out of state and want to pick up local spices and flavors this is the place to come to.

As always this market is super clean & well organized. Well stocked also. Even w/the increase in groceries prices Rouses'prices we're still reasonable & still have great sales items also the choice to purchase their store brands.Their fruit & vegetables are fantastic.

Mr. Pat (produce dept) is extremely helpful. He always takes the time to check the stock room if you don’t see what you need.
At the checkout register Tevin was bagging my groceries. He was very accommodating for the few items I requested to be bagged separately. I forgot the cashier name 🙊 she was very pleasant and asked did I find everything I needed.
I totally love and highly recommend this location.

I love shopping here! Great quality, price and selection on meats, the best fresh vegetables in the area, a fantastic wine and liquor selection, and all the everyday necessities. Their deli is fantastic! Try the mini mufalatas... Freshly made breads, cakes and goodies. Yes, Walmart is cheaper, but the difference in quality and selection is well worth it. And the atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. Love it!

There will most likely be somebody at the front letting you know that you need one on to enter the store. Please remember and understand that they are probably just as irritated about the mask wearing as you are, so PLEASE do not take your frustrations out on them. They are already getting a lot of negativity from the store patrons. They are just doing what they were told by their supervisor.***

That being said- This store is very nice inside, friendly employees and a very good selection of groceries. I like it because it has an upscale feel to it but not with the upscale prices. It is in a busy location so be aware of cars moving around quickly in the parking lot.

Glad they have dim lights. Everything is so organized and clean. Also really good customer service.

Good selection. They sell dry aged and wagyu steaks. Prices are a bit higher than the Walmart across the street, but the selection at rouses is better.

I just love this particular location. The layout is perfect for someone who is methodical about the way they go through a grocery store, they have a more vast variety of items in this store than any other location I've been to (I love being able to find ALL the ingredients to a new recipe that I need), and the employees are absolutely wonderful! There's a lady in the deli who is the best deli employee I've ever met...really cares what the customer thinks and knows how to sell a customer new and exciting things. There's the wine and beer guru, a very nice and extremely knowledgeable gentleman who will go out of his way at the drop of a hat to help you find exactly what you're seeking. The people in Produce have always been very sweet and helpful. The meat and seafood departments have been a huge help for me on several occasions. Management there just gush with kindness in that store and there's always one or two around visible and easily accessible to the customers. I spend no less than an hour in this store every time I go because they truly make shopping a pleasurable experience.

This was my first time at the Airline Highway location and it definitely did not disappoint! There was a fine assortment of foods for practically any palate. The deli had a wide array of mouth watering dishes and the bulk aisle was beautifully arranged. It was evident that excellence is promoted in people here because of the store's sparkling appearance, associate's pride in performance, etc. Although it's a bit of a drive from my home, I plan to patronize this store again soon.

I tend to only come here for the meat, which is excellent, but the more mundane regular purchase items are not at too much of a premium. Overall, the store is always clean and the staff are always ready to answer questions or help you find something. Glad they have made such a push into the market.

Place is tidy. Everything seems up to par. Most things are priced a bit higher than similar places, but when they sales or specials you can find some good prices.

I love Rouses, now there prices could be lower, but they do always have whatever I need usually and staff is friendly and helpful. They have great cakes too for birthdays!

They always have a clean store.......the carts are in good shape! The restrooms are clean! The employees are helpful & they are a well stocked store! I shopped there when I lived in Metairie. I'm glad they are here in Prairieville & Baton Rouge! Keep up the good work!

This particular location is a great store. The previous owner built a fantastic environment and Rouses has maintained it. Wide variety of good food. It can be a tad bit expensive on somethings, but very reasonable with others. I'd recommend this store to any one.
