I have been bringing my car to this location for any needed maintenance work for a few years now. The service I receive is always excellent and the work done right. Allison was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was able to diagnose the problem immediately which was confirmed by the mechanic. She explained the problem clearly and worked up a quote for me. She was able to save me quite a bit of money as she noticed some parts were still under warranty. I highly recommend this location as the customer service and mechanic work has always been top notch for me.

So I am having the BEST experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in around 8:30am and everyone greeted and welcomed me in. I let the employee know what I needed done and she looked into the system and let me know that Friday was very busy and that they may not have a spot today. So she got my information and told me to drop it off first thing Saturday morning! As I was pulling out, Allison called me to inform me that the mechanic could work on my car for 10am. There was an available spot! I was so happy and pleased to get it done! Allison was so sweet and kind that when I told her I worked from home, she said I could work from the store just bring my laptop back! This made my heart smile! Allison not only demonstrated an alternative for me, but she provided exceptional service! I am pleased and so thankful for this first time experience! I feel safe and appreciated for my service here today! Because of this experience, I will be back! Thanks Allison!

Great service! My daughter needed a tire for her vehicle and no one in town had it. I had to call a few places and this Mavis had 1 tire in stock! I went up there with literally little wait and Wes was awesome in finding us another tire.

These guys really helped me with my car and made sure I was able to get it fixed same day so that I could be safe on the road and avoid more potential damage to my car. I’m so grateful for them helping me out the way they have! The people in the front are super nice and understanding. I am so grateful.

I have come here a few times with my car and they always get right to it very friendly and always communicate great.

So glad I found this place!!! On a road trip and my tire started leaking air. Pulled up and Rick took came out immediately, got the details, took my car — so fast I was almost suspicious! — and within 10 minutes, reported it was a valve leak. As a single woman, I’m always a bit nervous that auto places will rip me off, but not only did they not rip me off they didn’t even charge me for the fix!! And I was out in 30 minutes. Wow what a blessing these guys are. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you all so much!!!

Got me in same day when my car was throwing codes! Within 30 minutes, I had a solution and was on my way. They didn't cause the problem but provided me with the information to fix it myself and then refused to charge me! Apparently, other companies lose your screws after moving the brake line reservoir to change a battery... the lazy way! Mavis was kind enough to help me get the part number, and I will definitely be back!

Brought my wife’s car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ricky took care of us from start to finish. He did an excellent job and the wait wasn’t long at all.

Love Mavis Tire & Breaks in Denham. Ricky, Allison and Chris, etc. were all so friendly positive and straight to the point. They make sure you are safe and taken care of for the road. Excellent services, great work environment, expectional staff and mechanics out back! I will forever be a customer of MAVIS 😁 And no matter what goes wrong , as long as you show up they do anything they can to help. I don't recommend anywhere else

Allison was super nice and friendly and very helpful. I came in with a rental vehicle as a customer and she was able to get me the oil change done in a good amount of time. Allison made the atmosphere of the waiting room super friendly and welcoming to everyone waiting.

I went to another auto shop for an oil change and they did not put things back together correctly which resulted in all my oil leaking out. Went back to the original shop and they would not make it right. I was frustrated.
