Staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gentleman matched two different paint types for me and gave guidance on making some of the repairs I was working on. Will definitely be returning.

This location was great! I was helping my aunt with some work around the house and they were extremely patient with us and her decision making process. The manager Claressa was very knowledgeable in helping to explain to her, which paints would work best for her since she had dogs that often play outside. All in all it was a great experience with friendly and experienced employees. I would recommend this location to family and friends on the A1 customer service alone.

The employees at this location are truly awesome. As my first time buying paint, I order the wrong paint color due to not realizing it was a manual color.. A location closer to me denied helping so I referred back to this one. Within 1 min they were out to my car, explained my situation, ask them to just try to darken it a bit, they took the original paint can and my order. Within 5 mins they returned with my order and they replaced both cans with the exact manual color. Which I didn’t expect, and greatly appreciated! They’ve been very polite, quick, and helpful from the get go and I highly recommend this location. Thank you guys!

I had some paint color matched a by a contractor a while back and it was way too light. I took the matched gallon back personally and Beth re-tinted the custom mix twice to get the correct shade for me. She was very friendly and took the time to get it right.

I must admit this has been my favorite customer experience during the pandemic.. The staff was extremely polite and informative.. I decided to call ahead to ask what was the in store Covid mask protocol and I spoke to the manager Claressa over the phone to help calm me down from all of the health concerns I had .. I know it’s a paint store but knowing that the staff and the company takes their health seriously encouraged me to come in .. My contractor running late and a young lady introduced herself as the store manager and would like to know how she can help me .. I then told her , I was the worried gentleman that she spoke to earlier in regards to the health and safety questions .. We both laughed .. Claressa recognized my frustration with my contractor even though I was wearing a face shield and a mask .. I was then assured that this happens often and maybe with some helpful information I could pick a color for my new home ..I left the store with 20 paint swatches to show my wife even though I was only sent to a pick a neutral color for the bathroom.. lol .. Thanks for all of the help

Fast service, no back ups at this location at 5:15 pm on a Friday evening. Nice, new clean store convenient to our location in the Hoo Shoo Too area.

The sales person is very knowledgeable about the products available in the store. The products are superior to big box stores. My salesman makes me want to return to the store.

They are nice and helpful and keep track of everything you buy, which is very helpful, in case you forget what color you ordered last time...
