I bought a new Mustang a few weeks back and waited to write a review so I could give an honest one. Christian my salesman was the best. Very honest and upfront. I never felt pressured during the process. I also worked with Joe in finance and could say the same about him. I will definitely be looking for them the next time I buy a car.

Stopped by to check out the Corsair and Aviator with my wife. Both beautiful vehicles and definitely up to the Lincoln quality, standards, and luxury. The salesman we worked with was Jason, he was super knowledgeable, not only about the Lincoln vehicles we looked at but also about the process we need to follow once we are closer to the end of our lease. On the test drive he was knowledgeable with what we drove up in and was able to offer some very good comparisons of features between both. He was very good with pointing out pros and cons of each vehicle as they would fit into OUR lives and needs. It was a great experience. We definitely want to give Jason and Robinson Brothers a shot at earning our business when the time comes in the May timeframe.

Best purchase experience ever. Salesman (Jackson) did an excellent job working with me on buying a new truck. I drove from over 3hrs away to buy here and began the process on the phone. He was easy to work with and walked me through each step. The finance team did a great job of explaining all my options and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I will definitely look to Robinson Brothers Ford for any future vehicle needs. They have a huge selection of both new & used vehicles. They also have a canopy over a section of their lot to allow shopping in bad weather. That's a plus on hot or rainy days.

My experience with Robinson Brothers was excellent. My vehicle had a "coolant over temp" issue, which kicked the check engine light on. Despite waiting 10 business days (because of Christmas and other cars in front of mine), they identified the problem, had parts on hand, and got my car back on the road.

My service advisor (Megan) was great at returning my calls and keeping me posted on when my car was expected to be ready and called to gather more information for the technician. Super thankful for the RB Ford Service Department team at this important time of year.

Awesome experience with Johnnie Lee, I wish every car salesman was like him around the world!!!!! After shopping around for days. Robinson Brothers/ Johnnie Lee had the perfect used car for me, listened to my needs/concerns and did their best to accommodate. Very grateful for the experience and highly recommend. 10/10

I had spoken to other dealerships before seeking out Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln. I had done a tremendous amount of research on the Aviator I wanted but also on the current sales situation. I was so pleased with the way all of the Robinson employees treated me throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle at a great price and giving me a fair trade in value, that I will be returning for the next vehicle I buy soon. The experience with service has been exceptional. From me calling to get a appointment to walking into to bring my car in. Nick Borne was my advisor, he was attentive and gave me the information I needed, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for repairs. My service advisor at Ford was Kandace and she absolutely is wonderful. She kept me informed for the duration of my vehicle being there on where I was in line to have my inspection sticker done with the technician. She has a great personality and a great smile! I will definitely recommend her to other customers as well!

My entire experience was perfect! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and ensured we had the best experience. We purchased a new Lincoln Navigator and our salesman Kyle was the best. He was friendly, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. Additionally, the finance team was quick with explaining our different options and was not pushy at trying to sell something that is unnecessary or something we didn’t want. This experience was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. We will be returning customers; you can truly tell they care about their customers and want to demonstrate the highest level of customer service. Great F250 Diesel service department. Brandon the service writer is very efficient and competent. He is able to deliver my messages/issues to the mechanic(s) accurately. Jeff and Skipper Robinson are phenomenal mechanics and I trust them exclusively with my truck. I would follow them anywhere. I highly recommend this service department for your F250 needs.

I had a great low pressure used vehicle buying experience. Jason King as well as everyone on staff showed very impressive professionalism. Chip Robinson……It was 75° inside with little to no air blowing and 93° outside. Next door at Lincoln you can hang meat. It’s a newer build out so it should be. Ceramic film should replace all the film you currently have on the windows now in the Ford building.

Remote Service Appointment - They Come to You.
Making the service appointment couldn't have been easier. The Scheduler reached out via text to inform me that I was eligible for remote service, which meant they come to me. I didn't have to make the trip to the dealership and arrange transportation or possibly wait for hours. The Scheduler confirmed the date/time/location the day before via text, and the Service Tech called ahead on the day of the appointment to confirm the time and location. Even better, the tech was able to arrive early for the appointment (after confirming my availability), which saved me time. The Service Tech was courteous and efficient. Small town service from a big city dealership. Extremely well executed. Would highly recommend.

My car had a recall and my local dealership in Springfield, IL claimed they could not request the part -- I was told to just keep calling every 2 weeks. Instead, a few weeks prior to taking a trip to Baton Rouge, I contacted the Robinson Brothers Ford to see if they had any parts in stock. Noel told me that not only could they order it, but that I could have an appointment while I'm in town to get it put in. I dropped it off early in the morning when they first opened and was prepared to wait multiple days to get my car back but it was done in the SAME day! What a great surprise and great service. The shuttle service to/from the dealership was also great and the driver was very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone in the Baton Rouge area.

Service was excellent. Such a wonderful option to have my vehicle picked up and dropped off with a loaner. Awesome communication from the team.

Excellent customer service. Dropped in for a quick tire repair and rotation. Was out in less than an hour. Not bad for just stopping in at lunch time. Anywhere else would have been over an hour or two, if not tell you to make an appointment. Donavon and Derek are very professional and their customer service should be the standard!
