Absolutely love this location! The employees are so friendly and always smiling 😁 The merchandise is pretty organized and you can get in and out fairly quickly. Walmart, you must know that Mr. Darryl was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I told him I would write a review just because of his kind acts. You are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Mr. Darryl for everything. I definitely recommend everyone come to this location.

On this Thanksgiving holiday; I want to publicly thank both the General Manager (Kevin) and stock associate (CJ) for going over and far beyond the extra mile today! I ran in on one the busiest shopping days to get last minute things. It was pretty busy and rightfully so. At the same time my son (8 months) had just fell asleep for a nap. I wanted to keep him asleep so I opted to push my stroller and pull a basket, at the same time. I was really feeling like a pain in the, you know what, because I was in everybody’s way it felt like. The manager grabbed my basket, which I’d left at the end of the aisle, to only take stroller down the aisle. In the midst of me explaining that I needed both, he replied “I know and you’ve got your hands full… he’s (CJ) going to walk with you.” Wow, Walmart! I was so caught off guard, appreciative, relieved - talk about customer service. To CJ’s parents, job well done! Yes ma’am, no ma’am at all times, respectful and polite. I can’t say thank you enough. Thank you for being observant, thank you for sacrificing whatever CJ was supposed to be doing to lend me a hand. I am so thankful! My son woke up right as we were headed to the checkout. CJ unloaded the groceries at checkout, walked out to my truck with me, and loaded them while I got my son situated. I have never experienced such amazing service at any Walmart in Baton Rouge! I hope this post reaches you both, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Your usual neighborhood Walmart with alot of daily day use groceries and other stuff. Less furniture items.
Abundance of all items - no issues with self checkout. Staff assisted check out is also present.
A tad bit cold inside than required. Other than that no personal complaints

All the associates were friendly several asked if I needed help and when I did they were happy to help me. Very clean store.

My experience was very delightful. Danelle and another co-worker was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Great money center experience until I was notified that the money was sent in Yemeni rial instead of U. S. dollars. Happy Birthday Isa!!!

store was very clean and all of the employees were helpful and so nice. specifically a woman named Nique was working the self checkout and helped get our babys formula when there was none on the shelf. we didn’t even have to ask her to she was just happy to help. her positive attitude made our night. Thank You Nique <3

Had A Online Pickup Order and The Associate TIA brought my order out and it was very accurate and precise and she’s so kind! You won’t find people like this often! She’s so kind and works quick! Definitely recommend her as your pickup delivery person!

The selection af products was actually pretty good this go round. My only remaining complaint would have been slow checkout but that's almost anywhere you go these days . Clock milkers !!!! That's why everything is becoming automated ....the computer doesn't have a 5 hour conversation while your trying to leave !!! Lol

Clean quiet nice and good customer service

Most options of a regular Walmart but without having to walk around as much. Entrance doors are inexplicably locked a half hour before close, and you have to guess that its okay to use the exit doors plus walk past every register (cordoned off) to get into the shopping area itself. Still beats going to Oneal Walmart if you mostly need grocery items

Got in and out quickly. Was able to get popcorn chicken that had just been baked!

Denise the floor manager there is absolutely amazing! Give that lady a raise! Every store needs employees like her. Extremely helpful and kind. Thank you Denise for being awesome!

I’m not one to write reviews but needed 3 prescriptions filled for my elderly mother who had eye surgery this afternoon. The pharmacist where she usually gets meds filled (Highland Rd) was no help, said she couldn’t see if other Walmarts had meds in stock ? Talked to Helen at Coursey Blvd who was extremely nice and helpful. Found another Walmart pharmacy that had all 3 prescriptions available tonight. Nice to see there are people willing to go beyond minimum expectations to help people !!

Buggies were taken care of well from the parking lot. Also, the cashier was very honest and reminded me that I had used the cash back on my card when I started to leave without it. It's good to see people who take pride in their work and have good values.

Of the three Walmart neighborhood groceries I've been to, this one had the friendliest and most helpful staff of any of them...by far. Kudos to them and their managers. Except for the astounding prices, it was a very enjoyable experience

I have been using this location for grocery shopping for a couple of months now. It is much more convenient than the Siegen Walmart location and far less crowded.

I recently tried the grocery pick up service and was very pleased, despite my initial misgivings. When I pulled up the employees brought my groceries out within a few minutes. Total time in the parking lot was maybe 7 minutes. Not bad for a week's worth of shopping.

By far THE BEST WAL-MART in Baton Rouge! Nicest most helpful employees. Fast checkouts, the customer service manager is on top of checkout. The pharmacy is so empathetic, they even HAND WRITE a Get Well notes to your prescription bags. This place is worth extra miles and pass the other Walmart by! 👍🏻

Very clean, very friendly. The young Black girl at the door greeted me with a genuine smile and greeting. When I came back to her shortly after because I needed a cart and had my hands full, she went out and got it for me - above and beyond! With all the racial issues everywhere, it’s so refreshing to see the love and care Blacks and Whites have for each other in this store and surrounding community. Really touched me deeply! Everyone was sooo nice to one another. When I asked the Lord about it, He said “it’s because they’ve been through something”. I think there’s hope for us after all...

THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE: I ordered online groceries, went to pick them up and after waiting over an hour and a half, I left. The following day, I contacted them because my card had been charged. I spoke to ROBIN and she was very pleasant and apologetic. I told her what happened and she said, I'll make this right. I went along with my day and a few hours later, she told me that I would get a total refund and she thanked me for allowing her to make things right! Thank you Robin!!!!!!!

Went to this location because my normal Walmart is short staffed and not doing pickup. Robin brought my groceries and was very courteous and friendly. She made sure the name on the order matched, as the name I gave her on the phone was not who ordered originally (my wifes).

If anyone in upper management at Walmart is reading this, since people aren't allowed to tip the delivery person, Robin, deserves a raise.
