I will only bring my car to LaGrove to get washed ~ they are the most thorough of any car wash I’ve been to. The attention to detail is unmatched & ive never left without my cat looking & smelling like new!

The mechanics in the Lube Center are very good at what they do. There fast and efficient.

Three stars because the car wash is a pretty good deal that also includes free vacuuming. The convenience store never has anything that I use and it's starting to annoy me. No funyuns? No Pepsi? Come on... Really?!

Was not happy with the car wash section they refused to wash my truck because it had a few leaves in the bed of the truck!

Went in this morning to get a car wash, decided to upgrade to the interior clean for an extra $10. car wash itself was fine. proceeded to the interior clean area. two guys started vacuuming then they each did a window and wiped up a few spots of water then said its done! didn't remove bugs from the windows, dint Windex my other windows, did a very poor job of cleaning the inside of the car. i called the manager after the fact and he was very rude saying that's the way they're trained to do the job. i do not recommend this place. i for one will never go back here and will not endorse this rude lazy company that would rather make a quick buck than do the job right!

Attention: If you PREPAID for gas during the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, please check your receipts because they were not refunding the amounts not used back to your card. The lines were very long and they did not inform you that you had to come back in to get a credit for the difference to be added back to your card. For example you prepay for $20 on a credit card and only used $10 they did not charge you for what you used they charged you the full $20. Check your credit card statements!!!! Rip off gas station!!!

Bought a brand new truck and brought it here and they scratched the hell out of it. Some of the girls wear jewelry while cleaning and I guess management doesn't check that. My girlfriend got over charged for oil changes to the tune of $120 vs $60 bc she's a girl and they knew they could take advantage of her. These guys are scumbags. The owner apparently isn't accountable for anything but I would like to have some one on one with that douchebag.

Everyone in the Prairieville area!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE LA GROVE PLAZA CAR WASH at the intersection of Airline and 42. Their car wash damaged our 2012 MDX. The employee that went and retrieved the piece that got ripped off was nice, but the owner couldn't have been any ruder . I told him that we came there often and had even had our inspection sticker renewed a few days earlier. He, without even apologizing, or looking at my vehicle, pointed to a sign which states, that they aren't liable and says to me, "Our lawyers made that sign for us. As it says, Its a risk you take going through the wash. Not my problem. If you don't like it, have your lawyer contact mine, other than that, we're done here." I hope this pompous @$$ of an owner understands that he just lost a customer that washes their car at least two times a month, year round, at $15 dollars a pop, over a $50 piece.

Horrible! They put the wrong filter in, they stripped 5 of the bolts used to hold my skid plate on, AND they supposedly checked the air in the tires (after I left my sensor didn't go off so my bf checked it and 2 tires were low on air). I'll never go back there.

The employees (there were 3 of them) on duty (November 11, 2017 @ 4:33pm) were so involved in eating their Icees while standing in front of the television, watching a talk show, that they did not even notice my husband and I in the store. We called out to them three times ("we're ready, now") before we were acknowledged. Before one of them walked (slowly) to the register, she ate a few more bites of her Icee.
The lack of "Customer Service" was shocking.
I doubt that we will be stopping there again. There are many more convienance stores in the same area.

Paid for 'extra care' (vacuuming, wiping everything down, etc.) They didn't do any of it (food crumbs and spilled milk in back seat.) Was told, 'oh sorry.' No offer to make it right. Was a regular customer prior to this. Will NOT be back.

Just stopped in to get an inspection sticker and the tech said they don't do them in the rain. I asked why not since the state allows it. He just said we don't, as he sat in his car my the door smoking.

I was hired as a manager for the car wash a month and half later was demonted to detailer after I did the whole area pulling weeds by hand in the flower beds went from $13 to $8:50 an hour that was dirty in my book not a fair place to work
