Jackie Trice with Royal Gmc was so helpful with my issue on my car! My plate was full with work and my father going through chemo. He made sure he would work this out as best as he can! Had to order a part and he made sure I was accommodate with a loaner vehicle.
Made sure also by communicating to me when part came in and how long it would take. Only 2 days and it was fixed. Thank you Mr Jackie for thinking about your customers! You are the best!

I had my car stolen recently and needed a replacement vehicle sooner rather than later. I had been researching trucks and experienced a few car lots/ sales representatives. Parker helped me thoroughly, speaking with him was like speaking with a friend. He made recommendations based on what he concluded from my personality/taste…and his final recommendation was spot on, a Sierra 1500 AT4. He got me a great deal, I’ve had the truck for a few weeks and this is the first buying experience i had where I’ve had no second guesses about what i purchased. I recommend Parker (his last name) because he is aggressive in helping but not aggressive in selling. He layed it out and let me decide. My son and i are both 6’4 and above. The aT4 has space for a young man his size to sit behind me and not need me to push my seat up to accomodate his long legs. He loves it, i love it. Thanks Again!!

My truck had been down for an extended period waiting on a part that wasn’t available anywhere in the world. I was able to find a part on eBay, I talked with Service Advisor Jackie Trice, and he promptly got me in for repairs to be made. Technician Winder Dunbar got my part on and programmed quickly. My truck is now functioning again the way it is supposed to. Thank you for getting me in and making the necessary repairs at a very fair price. Two thumbs up.👍👍

Jacque was a great Salesman and the finance team was great too...very professional! Jacque was patient with our schedule, he kept in touch the last few weeks, but was not "pushy" at all. These vehicles are not cheap these days but I left feeling we were treated very fairly. Probably the easiest car buying experience we've had thus far... Love the new Yukon Denali...Very satisfied!

Autumn in the service department is awesome! Had to bring my vehicle in to get a warranty part replaced. Tried to bring it to the dealership I originally bought it from, but they couldn’t get me in for a few weeks. Made a same day appointment with Autumn at Royal. She had it diagnosed and the part scheduled to be changed the next day, all within an hour of being there. She worked around my work/mom life schedule and even offered to get me Uber’s to and from work so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced without a vehicle! Highly recommended scheduling with her!

This dealership has the best salesman out there. Jason helped me through and through and i couldn’t thank him enough. From start to finish, wasn’t ever pushy, I never felt rushed, was very transparent and i would recommend him to anyone in the market for a GMC or Buick! 20/10 if possible!

I brought my truck in for service this morning and both Josh M and Barrett S were great to deal with. I didn't have an appointment, so I expected my truck to be there most of the day, but they had my truck done and I was able to pick it back up before it was time for lunch.
