Sonic Drive-In

I stopped at this Sonic for a snack. I chose the “Ched R Peppers. I pulled up, ordered and a nice young lady brought them out to me.

We came in for the 50 cent corndog day, but also wanted a couple other items. We got mozzarella sticks and an ocean water with bursting bubbles. I used their mobile app to place my order ahead of time. When we got there, it was busy, a lot of cars were out there. But after I checked in, it only was a few minutes before our food came out. David was the person who brought us our food, and he noticed that the wrong drink was given to us before handing it off to us. He quickly went back and got us the right drink. I really appreciated him checking and getting it right. The food was good, as expected for mass-produced fast food.

There are 2 handicap parking spaces and around 20 free parking spaces. The restaurant is in good shape and well taken care of. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food products sold in this restaurant. I love their many different flavored drinks. The hamburgers are good as well. Overall, I had a great time eating here in this restaurant. There are tables for you to eat your food outside at this location.

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was extremely nice! It was our first time in the area, and we were so very happy for their amazing customer service.

The order and delivery was quick. The shakes were really good. Became addicted to their pop corn chicken!!

Just had the most amazing experience at Sonic in Sylva, NC. We were so hungry that we were taking dibs on the upcoming roadkill. We pull up to a long line...this line literally was gone in 3 min. The service was so fast and amazing. Thank you sonic for saving many lives tonight!

Really good food for fast food but very expensive nowadays for what you're getting$32 to feed 3 people is really ridiculous I mean come on seriously three years ago this exact same three meals only costed a little over $18.

Honestly I can't be any bit critical of this place they have good delicious food, service is quick, and I love the nostalgic design and the ability to sit and dine outside is nice on a warm spring day.

Customer service was great to my wife who got the food for me on her way home and when she got home the food was still fresh and amazing. I recommend the broccoli cheader bites staying in the menu. Best fast food I've gotten in a long time.

Quick service
Out of onion rings but that's the first time that happened. Food is hot and people are polite.

Not an easy on easy off place to stop if traveling but worth the extra time for quality and speed

Food was amazing, my boyfriend and I love Sonic so we have been to several all around… THIS ONE THOUGH. AMAZING. This is now by far our favorite Sonic!

Since this place was remodeled and is under new management the service and food has been phenomenal. So glad we have this Sonic. The drinks are great and the food is always hot. The carhops are all so friendly.

Just had milkshakes and they were superb

I love this place. They have something for everyone. They have good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their burgers are the best. Milkshakes and malts are awesome.

I love this place! From the service to the food it deserves 5 *! I had a junior cheeseburger and it was sooo juicy and yummy, it really hit the spot. I also enjoyed a chocolate mini milkshake. You should treat yourself and go to Sonic! You deserve it!

Updated review: Since the reopen, this place is really great. Thankful it reopened and didn't close permanently. Staff is very friendly, food is good and it's clean. Whoever is responsible for the redo... Thank you!

Trash cans overflowing, card reading machine is always broken. This is the worst Sonic. The Franklin location is fantastic. I can't believe its one's still in business

Delicious food and super quick service. Only bad thing was that the card reader didn't work so the waitress had to run my card for me, but that wasn't really a bad thing. Too many bugs in the evening, so we ate with windows closed.

Our Sonic just reopened recently after a 2 year closing. I think it was that long. Everything is new and updated. The service is fast and the food is Great! Be sure to check out the Sylva, NC Sonic on your way to the Western Carolina University or your Western Carolina Mountain Vacation! I highly recommend this restaurant!

This Sonic Drive In is one of the best! The food is great and the service is always great! If you're thinking about stopping by there, go ahead and help yourself. I haven't gotten any bad food or service here
