Brio was great! We did have to send one dish back because it had pockets of freezing cold food inside but other than that we had a great experience. Light years better than wicked weed across the way.

The restaurant is very open and a bit loud, but the food and service were outstanding. Our server was attentive but we did not feel pushed or rushed, even though we were a fairly late seating. We had an appetizer, salad, and entrees and they arrived with sufficient space between. We also took a piece of tiramisu to go, and it was wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

This restaurant was beautiful. The food tasted amazing and was unlike anything I've eaten before. Our waiter Alexis was one of the most professional and kind I've ever had. The flavor and price is to die for!

Brio is always a favorite of ours when we visit Harrah’s. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and is reminiscent of a cozy neighborhood Italian restaurant. Service is always top notch, even on a Saturday that is fully booked with reservations and walk ups. It’s obvious the employees care about the customers experience from the hostess all the way to the end of your dinner.
We began our meal with the complimentary bread which was served warm with butter. We ordered calamari for our appetizer and it was top notch with a side of horseradish and marinara. Our entrees were served promptly- presentation of food was excellent and the taste was even better- fresh and obviously prepared to order. We were celebrating a special occasion and ordered dessert which did not disappoint the senses.
Overall excellent experience and look forward to our visit when in the area.

I dined in at this restaurant on Saturday (1/27/24) I was with a group of 4 and the reservation was for 8:30. Upon arrival we were greeted by a host whose name badge said manager. This gentleman was very kind considering what he was up against. Before speaking to us he was talking to a man in a black chef coat (assuming the chef). The man looked at this manager and told him that he could not seat more tables that he would tell him when to seat. The manager smiled and greeted us and explained that they were behind on seating and that it would be a little bit of a wait. His tone was very genuine and he went on to talk to other people informing them of wait times and generally trying to make the mood lighter with the mass amount of people waiting. We noticed another young female host with him also trying to speak to guests and follow his lead with referring people to their bar area for the wait line who were just walking up. People just kept coming up to these two hosts and it seemed to never end, this included servers complaining that the chef was making them loose money by not letting them seat anyone. As we kept watching we noticed what seemed to be another manager (taller lady blondish hair in a suit) near where the chef was just standing and she was just looking and she seemed to not care about this crowd of people and what the two up front were dealing with. Once the manager finally seated us our order was taken and the food came out and was decent, but not once during our dining experience did we see the lady standing go out of her way to even talk to guests but instead both of the hosts (manager and younger female) were seating people as they were told and both would stop and talk to people already seated. I would say that our group would try this restaurant again or even just stop by to see if these two are there again because they deserve a medal for what they delt with that night. I hope that the chef guy does not control every aspect of this establishment because it will soon be out of business with the wait times he was imposing.

I will say this is by far the best restaurant in the Casino!!!!! Peyton the hostess was awesome at welcoming the guest. It is very important to make people feel welcome. We were so hungry. We started with bread. There bread has more of a yeast taste. I would love to see them choose a better bread. The waitress let us no about the lasagna they had. It was excellent. My husband had Chicken Alfredo witch he enjoyed!! The waitress was great also.

Light good Italian fare. Zen atmosphere with good hospitality.Raves to bartenders Nikki and Patrick. So good first night. Came back and enjoyed it a second night. One note I think would be good on menu. Items like baked from scratch pork chops will probably take longer to prepare than other meats.

Brios was an amazing dining experience. Samuel was our server and he was great. The shrimp and eggplant antipasta was very flavorful. The chicken parm was great as well. All in all, had a great dinner here and will be back soon.

Our service was exceptional. The kitchen gave us the wrong meal and our server was extremely apologetic. Food was good and they had both veg & gluten free options!

Best spot to eat on property for a nicer meal. Pasta dishes are filling and reasonably priced. Steaks, bone in pork chop, and salmon are good as well. Will generally need a reservation, only the bar service is walk ins, and that gets a line too.

Had a lovely meal at Brio. Nice atmosphere, and you don't feel crammed in next to strangers. Definitely make a reservation or get on the wait list early. Staff was efficient and made recommendations when asked. Highly recommend the mushroom ravioli! Would definitely come back

Food is great, addicted to shrimp and eggplant sauce. If I could just bag up the sauce in ketchup packets to carry with me wherever I go then I’d be in heaven. Megan’s service was outstanding, 5 stars and request her if you can, tip her well!! They were unbelievably busy tonight and she handled it like a pro.

The food was really delicious!! Definitely make a reservation or you’ll never get in. We had the carpaccio, and two pastas. One of the dishes were cold so they replaced it and gave us dessert on the house. Really great and delicious food! (They are also short staffer like the rest of the world right now which might be contributing to the long wait times as well as the holiday season.)

Best food at Cherokee Casino resort! I ordered the Ravioli Di Bello and it was amazing. If you like mushrooms you'll love it. The sauce was rich and creamy but I did have a little taste for some marinara. They were more than accommodating with bringing out a side of sauce which sent it over the top. The staff was helpful and attentive. My one recommendation is to make a reservation a day or two before because they stay booked. Will definitely visit again!
