McDonald's

Did the drive thru. The employees are polite, friendly and also get you through the line quickly. The burgers are fresh and the rolls are as well. We went fairly late at night and the service is always great.

Stopped for a snack of French fries, that were served hot and fresh with good service. Used the very clean restroom before leaving. Good overall visit.

We don't eat there very often. The prices have gone way up and the burgers are much smaller.
It costs over $10.00 for a Big Mac ,large Fry and a large drink. That's too much $ for just a burger.

The burgers were a lil too seasoned and my husband's McChicken was just too MESSY to even eat but they were packed and getting peoples orders out VERY quick. We stopped in on our way home from a vacation so this was our first time being at this one. Take away the slobness of sandwich & too much season and this was a very good McDonalds and I can't say that for many anymore

Nice McDonald's to get a bite to eat at ..great service..fast ...nice bathrooms....all around a great place to stop at ...you can eat in side or out side ..and you can get gas too

After driving around for 15 minutes, this McDonald's was the only place smart enough to have their indoor dinning open. So we enjoyed a meal and got away from the casino a bit. The food was fresh and super fast... Plus you can eat inside like normal.

The Wendy's and Waffle House in the area had inside dinning close. 🙄🙄

Though the area was so busy with other restaurants McDonald's seem to get me out with no problem even though the head car is land around the building and room standing for the people waiting to order didn't take very long at all

This is the cleanest mc donalds i have been so far, staff is very courteous.

Busy place, but super clean restroom, and facility ,staff and food great. First stop to Cherokee, NC

Everyone was so kind! The area was very clean. Very efficient. I got my food extremely quickly.

Excellent! Soft fresh, nicely toasted bun. Nice and neat, fresh and hot with cheese melting. Good customer service! Normally big macs look thrown together with sauce and lettuce all over the place but not at this location. This location did a great job at serving a well put together fresh Big Mac wish there were ALWAYS this good. Definitely would stop here again. Thank you!

This is always a stop for me on my way home from the casino when I'm in the area. Food is always great as is the service.

Stopped for 2 iced coffees this morning. Cashier at the window was friendly and our drinks were perfect. Best we have had in years and we have them weekly.

Me and my family ordered lots and lots of food all on one receipt, and it was ready in no time. Importantly, it was clean and didn’t smell bad like a lot of fast food places. The staff seemed patient and kind. Definitely recommend this mcdonalds compared to any other one!!

Very clean and great staff. Got my food very quickly and the employees were very polite and attentive. I got a regular Oreo McFlurry and it was great.

When into to order this afternoon and a woman with a thick accent was complaining so everyone was aware she was not happy. When she got to counter she told the young cashier that the drive thru order taker told to her come around because she couldn't understand her. The woman told the cashier she has lived in the US for forty years and she wanted to talk to a manager about why she was told to come around. While the manager was coming to speak to her, the woman commented to a young woman with her (possibly her daughter) that they're going to make this right. The manager handled this situation very professionally and defused the situation. The manager didn't comp the food much too the surprise of all the patrons. Sorry I didn't get the manager's name. She did a great job.

The dining room was clean and the the cashier was very sweet. Keep up the good work.

There are no issues here. I enjoyed the visit.
