Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort

Very nice location and area! Large resort
I had an issue with my room, I emailed them and it was fixed by the next day and they let me move to a different room. We had a conference there, everything was great, food was good, service was also nice.

Nice place to visit. Rooms were clean and facilities were up to date. The casino was huge with a lot of slots and card tables. Service was ok, most were friendly and willing to share info but you also had a few who hated their jobs. I would definitely recommend visiting this place. Just plan on doing a lot of walking. It was a little difficult to find parking and the workers on break didn't seem to want to tell anyone anything.

While I am glad the whole floor is non-smoking and that there is a separate closed area for smoking, the smell of cigarette smoke is still very strong in the sports book and area of the smoking section of the casino. Hopefully some additional air filtration can be put into place, it was so nice when the smell of smoke wasn't a thing.

I enjoyed my time there this afternoon and plan to be back soon!

I cannot come up with the best words. This place is wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Every staff member was accommodating and friendly, from valet, to bell hop, to front desk and store staff. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The servers on the floor were available and quick. I've been to casinos that aren't half the size and waiting for a drink took forever. At cherokee, I am not lying, took 3 min. And of course the area was interesting. This truly felt like a vacation

Our first time going to a casino and we really enjoyed our time! The drive to this location is beautiful! Getting there, we didn’t know where to go or how to get started and we had a lot of help along the way! Everyone seemed inviting and willing to assist us. The drinks were great. We won a little money too! We can’t wait to go back!

Casino resort that has really grown and adapted. There are three towers, and while two of them are older, have been updated and are well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff does a great job. If you are not here for the casino, there is a bowling/arcade center, a comedy club, and a great event center where all the seats are pretty good seats! There's several restaurants, a food court, two Starbucks affiliate coffee shops, and some shopping, though it's pretty niche shopping. Always a fun time and highly recommended for quick getaway if you're in the southeast!

Located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and Cherokee has plenty of elk and a beautiful park along a creek bank. The staff are super friendly whether it's at the front desk or on the casino floor. Very spacious with a lot of game selection. Entertainment has been great every visit. Plenty of swimming and other activities such as the arcade, which includes PC gaming, a bowling alley upstairs and downstairs, and games where you can win tickets to exchange at a store. Rooms are dog friendly up to a certain weight. Definitely worth visiting!

The hotel is very nice, but I also want to add that every time I came across someone on staff, they were always so friendly and pleasant. Housekeeping was very friendly as we walked down the hall…any time we walked by a staff member, they greeted us with a warm smile and hello. The security at the casino was comical and friendly, etc. I really appreciated all of that. My husband and I will definitely be back!

I truthfully love the architecture of this hotel. It is MAGICAL and huge! It never seems to end! They have plenty to do if you are not a gambler and plenty of machines if you do. I do wish they’d get a hot tub though around the indoor heated pool. The food was fairly priced and if you’re looking for gourmet, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and the breakfast buffet was open til 11, which is a nice surprise! The hotels spa is pretty pricey, bring your wallet!

Had an excellent time! All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to assist from the time we pulled in until we left.
We came from Michigan and traveled to Sarasota FL. 10 hotels/resorts in 14 days. Harrah's was the #1 stay out of the entire trip!
We will be back but next time we'll stay longer.
Highly recommend.

We were not staying at the resort but drove (scenic 1 hr drive through the mountains) there Christmas Day to eat and play a couple of games.

We had fresh from the oven mushroom pizza. Very good 😋
Our original plan was to eat the Christmas buffet but didn't realize reservations were needed.

Still had a great time. We even left as winners after playing the games for only about 45mins!! 🎄Awesome time. 🌲
Highly recommend going for a visit.

The indoor pool was a hit for the kiddos. Christmas decorations were beautiful. The staff was helpful and very nice. So many things on site to see and do we didn't even need to leave for any meal. Bowling was fun, the kiddos loved the arcade room. The comedy show was fantastic and so were the drinks!

Great regional casino, they have added a lot of great food options over the years and have the best gaming in the southeast. You have to pay for drinks due to regulations but other than that it’s great.

Fun for the whole family. Gaming floor is great, tons of machines and live tables. Bowling alley/arcade is fun for the kids and the pools are clean and nice. Great food selection and rooms are clean and comfortable.

As long as u r not there to gamble this place is awesome! Rooms are 1st class but very affordable. There's plenty to do besides gambling as well. Take advantage of all the amenities from the pool & spa to bowling. Bring the kids along for a family weekend getaway

This was my husband and i first time at a casino. We went in a little clueless but at all the tables we played at the dealers were amazingly helpful. I want to shout out to (i believe her name is) Mericel at a blackjack table, she was great. So much fun to play with, had the table lively, and took the time to really explain all the extras with the game. Overall we had a fabulous time and cant wait to go back.

This was my wife's and my first trip, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Our room was very nice and was spacious. There are many places to eat but food is expensive.

What an amazing time I had here and the experience of watching sporting events (UFC 298) on multiple screens including a 90ft screen. The convenience of walking to a kiosk located next to the viewing area to place a bet was ideal. I can't wait for my next trip back (which will be soon)!

very nice rooms close to the action and restaurants. rooms are spacious and very clean. modern feel beds were comfortable and the shower had rainfall from the ceiling. great luxury feeling super quiet as well. covered parking garage and free valet parking. nice experience we've been there twice. we will be back

My husband, daughter and l took out son there for his 63rd birthday. It was a marvelous weekend. He loves fishing, so outside on the backside🙇, he found a fishing hole, and caught about 5 fish, clean them, took them home and had fried fish. The gambling was great
