Friendly, customer service and very professionals make this Consulate a delightful experience, I had my doubts at the beginning, but after a few responses, they always came back and forward right away. We were able to renew a passport and the staff here was very helpful with all of the required documents, directions and support. The turnaround was very fast and Mrs. Rodriguez helped us immensely with all of our questions and mail issues. Thank you for making this process so easy and fast.

I would like to personally thank Rosa for the substantial inspiration. We agree that there is nothing impossible for highly ambitious and qualified people. We defeat impossibility the moment we are born (against extreme odds) into this endeavor called Life. The Fact that one could be raised in a volatile city, yet achieve tremendous academic success and explore various nations on this earth and engage with countless cultures. The only thing impossible is impossibility itself and the great minds of politics and science and business prove this everyday! Hence, space tourism is becoming more prevalent and new trips are being organized to the Moon and other exotic destinations in Outer Space. Nevertheless, Thank you Rosa and Thank you Dominican Consulate!

I loved the service of Ms minyetty she worked so hard for us and she was working alone, when she was trying to finish with us, she had problems by sending the pictures because the consul at DR was rejecting the pictures and let’s be honest they were good, everything was correct and they never told her why they were rejecting the pictures until the next day but yeah I just wanted to clarify her excellent job working alone.

I called Today to get some information about a passport renewal, the answers and attention was outstanding. Hope everything goes well once I sent the document for the renewal.

Increíble servicio, de verdad que estoy maravillada. Tanto por teléfono, como por WhatsApp y en la oficina. Me ayudaron tanto con el permiso de viaje de mis hijos, aun cuando estaban cerrados por el huracán. Pero el mismo día que abrieron mi documento estaba listo. Siempre respondieron mis tantas preguntas y mostraron interés en ayudarme. En mi vida no había visto una oficina pública de mi país con mejor servicio.

Un servicio 100% excelente es el que brinda la sra. Estela minyetti. Siempre está a la disposición, amable, para ella no hay nada imposible. Hace un trabajo excepcional, respetuosa y lo mejor de todo con una hermosa sonrisa Y aunque estoy completamente satisfecha con el servicio brindado por qué minyetti trabaja por 100 empleados. Es injusto que trabaje sola. Creo que república dominicana tiene recursos suficientes para tener varios empleados. Los que vayan a hacer cédulas tienen que ir sin prisa por qué aunque le trabajen rápido en el consulado, la junta central de Rep. Dom. le rechaza la solicitud por cualquier disparate y hay que volver a repetir el proceso. Principalmente por la foto. El cónsul debería solicitar otra cámara que este completamente fija o mejor calidad a ver si no rechazan tanto la foto y estela trabaje más cómoda.

Este consulado tiene un servicio al cliente excelente muy profesionales rápido y con mucha altura.Ojalá y ese grupo de personas se queden siempre laborando ahí son excelentes.

Recibí mi pasaporte y llegó justo en el tiempo que me indicaron! Me arrepiento de haber perdido mi tiempo en otros consulados dominicanos donde te tratan horrible!
