Harrah's New Orleans

I’m not sure why some reviews claim the service is poor or unfriendly. Not my experience. Everybody was helpful and happy. The room was big, beautiful and comfortable. The casino has a re-do construction project which limits the floor space (for now). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I had read some of the posts, so I was a little guarded. I had no issues with the front desk. The lady was quick and efficient.
My room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
I had a great time at the casino. I hit seven hand pays, mostly on pinball and top dollar.
The only thing I wish they had, was a restaurant with room service. Unless I missed something, the only option was to order from a QR code at one of the restaurants, and there were only three options.
I will definitely stay here again.

My first time to this casino aside from the casino’s in Mississippi along the coast and this place was awesome.. Plenty of tables for any budget ,, you can literally play Roulette for just three 3 dollars a roll on a Saturday night . This place was super clean and you felt alive . Great atmosphere.. I highly recommend you visit this place . I can’t imagine how much better it will be when they finish the construction add on

This location is amazing and you can drink for less if your playing in the casino. You are literally minutes away from the Riverwalk shopping and Port New Orleans. Currently their hotel is across the street but has a very unique underground entry to the casino. They are also building a new hotel that will be directly connected to the back end of the casino. Service is amazing and very prompt. Can't wait until we are in the Big Easy again. Highly recommend this place

Had a great time at the casino. Visiting for a work event and our hotel was close enough to walk. First time ever getting a handpay! They had my favorite slot game and everyone was super friendly!

Definitely look forward to staying at the hotel, next door to the casino, every chance I get. Staff is very helpful & always make sure I have everything I need.

My first time here at Harrah's New Orleans! Excellent front desk and room amenities! My view on the 13th FL was facing the River so I appreciated seeing that! The Casino side was excellent and great energy!

We had so much fun here just enjoying the scenery. They had a live DJ keeping the entire casino dancing. A time was had. Will return soon.

A great location adjacent to the French quarter. Staff were friendly and very helpful, the lobby area is spotless and they have an underground walkway between the hotel and a casino with escalators and shops.

The room itself is spotlessly clean, and has full amenities, including a refrigerator and coffee bar area with a K-Cup coffee brewer. I was disappointed to see no microwave.

I have to say the furniture in this suite is fairly uncomfortable to sit on. In fact I don't think I've ever sat in hotel furniture so rock hard in my life.

It is a very large room with vaulted ceilings even and a marble floored giant entry hallway that seems like wasted space, but it does add to the overall feeling of being pampered.

This place was perfect!!!! We intend to stay again and again. This hotel has its own entertainment besides the casino. They have a bowling alley and restaurants located in their rotunda in between the hotel and casino located outside. The rooms were awesome and very comfortable. You don't want to miss out on this entertaining palace!!!!

Best location on the city. Smiling faces. They treat you like family. EMERILS BRASSERIE IS A MUST VISIT. THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE TOP SHELF.

I visited Harrah's during Mardi Gras. I had a great time playing the penny slots in the casino. There were several machines that were out of service but that didn't interrupt my fun.

Only gambled at the casino, which is being converted from Harrah's to Caesars. There's a huge sports book betting parlor, table games, tons of slots, and a new food court with restaurants from celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. There's also a hot dog stand (Lucky Dogs.

Love Harrahs and love location. Coming back in June! Close to all the fun stuff! Great blues Street players.

Very nice hotel, guest services were superb and helpful. Business center had several work spaces for remote work or school activities. Would recommend and will stay there every time I visit New Orleans.

The hotel is undergoing some construction, so some parts are blocked off. There are new restaurants in the casino area that have great food. Fun to play the slots.

This has great potential. Good location construction is going on. So eventually I think this can be legit casino. I liked the spacious on the floor. The slots was kinda everywhere. It needs better placement. Friendly staff nice and cool inside. Great views and walking distance to alot of food and shops. Parking could be better. But overall great!

Nice place to go have fun and gamble a little. I guess it's being expanded because more game rooms were added. The service is kind of hard being that the ladies and gents have too many other places to take care of and too much running around trying to have everyone satisfied with service. All in all, I give the casino a 10 out of 10.

Great selection of games, service is a bit slow but good...if you gamble, you know Harrah's!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff is awesome and very helpful. We enjoy being Diamond level with free parking and free valet. Parking is very tight. They have no nice room service, very disappointed for such a nice hotel. They only have a good app that you order takeout from the food court in the casino. View are beautiful any direction you look if you get a high floor.
