I had called just to get a new key fob cut. I had an initial unsavory issue with the first technician trying to incentivize work under the table by quoting above dispatch so he could offer service for cash only at a cheaper rate. When I brought this to the attention of the company and how it didn'tsit right with me, they took immediate action and made sure the issue was not only resolved but that I recieved the service I needed within about an hour of from a much more professional technician.
