I picked up son. It went very well.

So easy to do. I went to the cell phone lot and waited for the call to pick up and we were out of there in no time!

I thought if I parked my vehicle in valet, it was the safest way to leave my vehicle. When I returned after being away for 2 days, I was informed only AFTER I paid that an employee sideswiped my vehicle.

They made an in-house incident report & gave me a list of 3 garages to have my vehicle repaired. First of all, I don’t live in KC. Secondly, I’m going to go where I want to go.

If I could give negative stars, I would.

I do not recommend leaving your car in valet.

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PROPERTY AND NOT REIMBURSE YOU. Felony theft from my vehicle in their possession for less than 24 hours. They refuse to reimburse me, police are investigating, and I am considering suing. STAY AWAY.

Terrible service!!! Someone stole $100 out of my vehicle. I rent vehicles out and 1 of my guest parked the car with valet. Left $100 for me in the middle console and somebody went in there and took it. I dont recommend them.

DO NOT PARK HERE. KCI Curbside Valet overcharged me and lied about how long my car had been parked there. I dropped off a car for a friend at 11 p.m. and they told my friend that it was dropped off at 6 p.m. in order to charge her more. When she pushed back they insisted and charged her more than double what she should have paid.

When I called to complain about the overcharge, I was given the runaround twice. First, they told me to call a manager named Andre who never called me back. When I called again the next day, the same employee said I would get a call back in 10 minutes — nothing.

Do yourself a favor and use the parking garages. This business is dishonest and will take your money.

Never available. The line is full and nobody is moving the cars. No reservation system or way to ensure you get something here. Complete gamble.
