Stated this location for the first time. Very nice remodeled hotel. The only reason I didn't give the room five stars was because the frame of the bed was in really bad shape and looked bad as well.

My expectations were exceeded every time I stayed here. I have only had positive experiences with room quality/cleanliness, noise level, staff interaction, and safety. Karen at the front desk is an especially wonderful person--very pleasant and knowledgable about the area. I enjoyed chatting with her very much during my stay. Great place, affordable, and safe!

The custodian Tammy was very nice. We were a little late for breakfast (which was awesome), and she helped us by telling us where everything was, and even offered to plug the waffle maker back in! She was nice to everyone!Overall, the stay was great, but Tammy stood out! We also enjoyed the room, which was very nice and spacious, plenty for three people.

After reading many reviews of hotels in the area I was worried. Thankfully this hotel was exceptionally clean. Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very friendly. The lobby and parking lot were nicely maintained. Our children used the outdoor pool it was clean and offered a lot of seating. We stayed in the two king bed suite it had a lot of space and was super clean and nicely decorated. Our room was 318 at the end of the hall it had blackout curtains and was very quiet all night. The continental breakfast was basic cereal, oatmeal, muffins, eggs, sausage gravy biscuits and fruit. The coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast area was stocked and kept clean by a very friendly woman with a smile on her face. Overall my family and I would definitely stay here again.

I accidentally went to the wrong hotel in the same parking lot and was sooooo relieved I hadn't booked over there, it was filthy and falling apart! This hotel is well maintained and clean. I appreciate the lemon water in the lobby. The employees were professional and polite. Plenty of towels and good water pressure in the shower. Bed was very comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast was good, as expected for a free continental. Didn't get time to check out the fitness room but I did see they were working on getting the pool fixed. Only issue was being unable to adjust or turn off the air conditioner in our double king suite. Seems like the control panel was busted?

I was there this past weekend, everything was nice. The staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good, very clean and the location was great. I didn't get the nightshift front desk guys name it was his first week but he was so sweet and funny. Thank you guys for making our stay enjoyable!! We will be back!!

We stayed in two different Comfort hotels on our trip. This was the second one and it, by far, exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully cleaned, had a beautiful nice sized bathroom, and the double queen room had a sofa, desk, and plenty of lighting options. The windows were up/down style which was nice to be able to get fresh air, unlike some hotels without that option. The beds were comfortable as well! Highly recommend this hotel and if I need to stay in the area again, I would definitely pick this hotel again.

Great and affordable place to stay. Found this little gem to stay when I have business in Winston and so glad I did! This is my 5th stay and it has been consitant for each visit. I travel for work and have stayed in many hotels over the years that cost twice as much with not half the customer service or cleanliness. Clean, quiet rooms and a super friendly staff. Karen at the front desk is a top notch in customer service and a reason in itself to come back again and again. I have never encountered a more friendly staff in all my travels. Hats off to them all!

We were in town for a family event. The room was clean. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was packed I could only tell that by the parking lot you could not hear any other guests. The location is easily accessible to most things in Winston-Salem.

I transport donated organs when people pass and find myself on the road a lot during odd hours late at night or early early in the morning. Recently I was too tired to drive any further and grabbed a room in Winston-Salem I woke up at 9:30 came downstairs the hostess was just starting to break down the table for breakfast. She paused and allowed me to serve myself she was an extremely sweet person. The gentleman at the front desk was just as friendly and professional . I also noticed they are trucker friendly as several trucks were pulling in and out of the driveway it's nice seeing somebody that is trucker friendly as my father is a truck driver! The only thing I would like to see and no hotels do it for some kind of an discount when travelers decide to check in for a short stay after 3:00 a.m. some kind of discount.
Overall the rooms are very roomy, clean, and comfortable beds thank you.

We arrived a little after 8pm after having a terrible experience with the hotel that shares a parking lot with this one.
The front desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Checkin process was quick and hassle free; the rooms were clean and tidy. The double queen room we were in also had a pull out sofa which was perfect for our family.

This hotel was very inexpensive compared to some other higher end hotels in the area, but they pack a lot of quality into their prices. Has everything you need for a quick weekend trip to visit friends or family and get some shopping done close by at the mall.

Great value, will stay here again next time we are in town.

I love this place! It’s spotless and the staff, amazing. The price was no more than we’ve spent elsewhere for considerably less. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. My car feels safe in a well maintained parking lot. I travel through periodically and will make a point of returning here. Thanks to all the staff who’ve made my 2 day visit so comfortable!

Clean rooms, professional host and very roomy. This hotel sets the standards for all comfort suites. Breakfast was very accommodating, great bathroom size and beds were comfy. Love what theyre doing and would recommend this hotel to my dear sweet mother!

Loved our 4 nights 5 day stay!! Everyone here was so nice , room was clean and well put together. I check shower before anything and it was clean!! Pool was great also . Their breakfast is also very good . Definitely would stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a short trip but received excellent service. The front desk attendant even walked our sheets up and made sure we were settled in. Only problem we had was fridge did not stay cool. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to main highways and affordable. We would stay again if we needed to!

The room was bigger than I expected. We only stayed one night but everything went smoothly. My partner was impressed with the breakfast, he had a strawberry waffle!

Last minute booking and glad they took us in!. Most comfortable beds so far in our trip, super clean rooms, nicely remodeled bathrooms.
I would however put smoke detectors in rooms - we could smell weed thru the bathroom vent from a nearby room. Other than that...awesome stay!

Surprisingly pleasant stay! Next door to Outback Steakhouse and across from a Burger Bar. Remodeled bathroom looks modern, AC unit in room has option to leave the fan on the whole time for white noise. Breakfast was great, full hot bar with biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs and cereal, bagels, grits, waffles, etc. Room was generally quiet: doors slam pretty hard and the person above me walked heavy, so you could hear it through the ceiling. Faint smell of weed, but what hotel doesn't anymore. Zero interstate traffic noise, in fact there is a woods in back, so it was a nice secluded area.
