Hampton Inn by Hilton Winston-Salem Hanes Mall

It is the only place worth staying when I visit the area. The front staff makes you feel welcome and feel at home. Housekeeping is friendly and has your room sparkling clean. Shouts out to Paris and Sharon for always going above and beyond their expected job for everyone who checks into this location.

I love the use of the digital key. I never have to stop at the front desk. I can also chat with hotel staff using the app (if I need to). I visited on business, but the location was directly by the mall, which was convenient to do a little shopping in between meetings (don't tell my boss!) The room was clean, and I got frequent use out of the whirlpool tub!

Housekeeping came by to see if I needed a turn-down service, knocked, and waited for me to come to the door. They didn't just whisper "housekeeping" and then use their key to enter, like in other places I've been! There were restaurants close by, so I didn't have to go far to find something to eat. I ended up ordering Door Dash and they brought it directly to my room! I will most definitely visit again the next time I'm in town.

Ms Ebony was very friendly at check-in thank you. Ms Pat always puts a smile on my face. I come for work every 3-4 months and she always remembers me. If I'm in the area I will always stay here. My room is always clean and smells clean too. Everyone at this hotel is very nice keep up the great work!!!!

We had a great stay here. We loved the location for getting around many areas of the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the lobby was cozy. The pool area was small but serves a good purpose for cooling down. Complimentary breakfast was great. Lisa at front desk was especially nice.

Clean rooms, convenient location with a really friendly and kind staff. We will definitely be back. This hotel is also pet friendly with a nice sized area to walk your dogs.

We've been coming to this hotel anytime we want/need to go to one for the last two years and won't be changing to anywhere else. It is the very best place Ive ever stayed. The staff, amenities, atmosphere and locations are always five star. We are regulars at the one on Hampton Inn Court and absolutely adore it. The staff is second to none! We will stay regulars for the rest of our lives and see no reason why our children wouldn't be the same. It's touching and priceless the care this hotel shows and the staff gives to every guest. We love it!!!

The entire team at this hotel are so nice and welcoming and Ebony the manager is great! This is an older hotel but they keep it clean. I looked at pictures before I got to the hotel so I knew what to expect when I arrived. They offer a standard breakfast. I enjoyed the fruit, yogurt and water they offered but they also had waffles, at least one meat option, eggs, oats and a couple of other items. The ladies in the breakfast area kept the area clean and well stocked. My room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. My only criticism is how the bathroom in the executive suite is setup. The toilet is so close to the shower you have to shimmy past the toilet to get in the shower if you don’t want your legs to touch the toilet. If the door opened outward instead of inward, this would not be a problem. The AC also had a somewhat loud fan sound which I loved because it helped me to sleep, but that may be an issue for some. The location is great because it is by the mall, close to the highway, and offers many restaurant and shopping options. Would I stay here again? Yes!

It’s a wonderful place to stay! From the room itself, to the staff, and even the daily breakfast has something for everyone! Excellent all the way around! I recommend it highly!

We stayed overnight on the way to the mountains. We arrived early and we were able to check in early with no problems at all. We were texted twice throughout the evening to make sure our stay was good and we didn't need anything. EVERYONE was so nice and helpful! Breakfast was very good, also. I would most definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Every single staff member went above and beyond and displayed top notch customer service. We stayed there as a baseball team and they were so patient with the chaos a group of twelve boys brings. The staff stepped up in every way possible, we couldn't of had a better experience and are so appreciative of everything! The hotel rooms were very clean and housekeeping was always willing to give us anything we needed during our stay. Only downfall was the pool was closed for a couple days but once it opened, it was very nice, including the outdoor seating area.

Best Hampton Inn I've stayed at. Clean, obviously, but also with high end finishings and additional touches like the pineapple symbol that really made it feel like more than just a chain hotel. Really good breakfast with more options than I've seen elsewhere, and I liked that staff got to enjoy what was left at the end of the allotted time - hate to see food go to waste. The managers at the front desk were very pleasant and seemed happy, not harried or annoyed.

My husband and I stayed at this location for two days and had a very pleasant experience. I mostly enjoyed breakfast time and the opportunity to chat with Miss Pat who was manning the kitchen and dining room with great effectiveness and efficiency. The food was great but her caring and considerate personality was greater - making sure everyone was well taken care of. Miss Pat you’re a breath of fresh air for people who are traveling and are away from their own familiar environment. Five stars to you my dear lady!

Great location. Friendly guy at check-in. Breakfast was not good. The breakfast attendant was in a hurry to close. Rooms a little outdated. Overall, it was a good stay.

We randomly decided to stay here to split up our 10-hour drive to the beach, and would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re ever in the WS area. “Southern Hospitality” was clearly evident from the moment we checked-in. The staff was especially friendly during breakfast (which was great) to make sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable.

I only went for an insurance meeting. But the people that worked in the hotel were very nice. The place looked very clean. But I only went through the lobby.

From my first impression at the front desk, Tricia was fantastic and very welcoming. Oh my her cookies. Also, I met the manager Candice she is younger lady; very professional, knowledgeable, and top-level. Everyone’s in this hotel is excellent through to the breakfast, Housekeeping staff in our room and all hotel, everything spotless. Like guests, we feel everyone is helpful and provide service at the most high level. Congratulations!! Excellent job!

This hotel is incredibly clean. The staff is AMAZING, so kind and friendly. And the breakfast selections are really fantastic. I stay at hotels regularly, and I was very impressed by this property. It is an older building, but it is extremely well kept. We'll stay here the next time we're in town!

The reviews I read before my trip to Winston Salem were so on point "wonderful" was correct. My stay was absolutely splendid the kind lady name "Ebony" was "super great" she greeted me with a welcoming smile and checked me in promptly and welcomed me to check back with her with anything needed to make my stay the best experience. My room was very clean and comfortable the restroom was spotless. The staff throughout the facility was kind and they greeted you appropriately when you see them throughout the facility. The staff preparing the breakfast were kind as well just a super great experience thank you so much and please continue this fabulous service to the public and whoever management is, much credit to you too for caring for your guests stay at your location. I shall return on my next business trip. P.S. your service is second to none. I stay in many hotels from state to state during the year and trust me others need to take a page from your book not calling any names main "Marriott City Center" in Newport News, Virginia for all that money.
