My mom and my uncle are all patients of Lou. My aunt was a patient until her death. I love the way Lou is with my mom. She has dementia and he takes the time to answer any questions she may have. He is truly one of the best, in my opinion. I am grateful for him and Anna for being my mother's care team.

I started visiting this office yesterday and I am so happy with my new physician. The staff here is very friendly and they all try to make you feel comfortable.

Lou was great.well informed about my problem immediately layed out a plan of treatment.

My husband goes to Lou who truly cares and listens to our concerns. My husband is 83 and Lou is the best medical care giver he has ever had.

Can’t say enough about Dr William Smith and Melissa. They are so great. Caring, kind and compassionate. Best there is in my book ❤

Dr Vinograd is an excellent , caring doctor. So glad he is my doctor. Everyone I come in contact with in his group are great as well.

Atrium Health Baptist Medical Center is one of the best medical centers in Winston Salem and it has the best doctors who are concerned and up-to-date on the latest Medical CARE provided for their patients

The staff is always professional, friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Wait times are reasonable. The healthcare, in my opinion, is second to none.

I had a bad experience with another Wake Forest doctor in a different office and here... everything is like home town quality care. friendly staff and great doctor...I wish I had found this doctor years ago... and it is a very good easy location to get to. thanks.

Steven Klein has been my physician since 1993. He's always been concerned and caring, and willing to take time to discuss and explain. After 26 years I'm still convinced he's a great choice.

One doctor knows me real well and all the doctors work together as a team in order to help their patients. Very nice people the nurses doctors and all the staff are pleasant.

They've done a good job of listening, evaluating my needs and addressing my concerns and issues.

I am glad to have such a good doctor as Dr. Ashley Ellison!
