The best place in town for Thca flower as well as vape supplies and wraps. One stop shop. Their flower has no sprayed on chemicals. Customer service is always wonderful too. That’s why they will always have my business.

Bronson is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He knows the products well. He answers any questions you have to make sure you are comfortable with your products and purchase. This is my favorite vape shop by far. The service is well worth the distance, which now a days is a rare find.

I shop here regularly. This store always has what I need. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I never feel like a customer, I always feel like family. Great selection, great service and great people.

I’ve meant to write a review for Avail Vape Shop for some time now. In all honesty, they are your one stop shop. Quality disposables if you’re in a bind, and usually always stocked on coils, pods, as well as a diverse selection of premium devices. Beyond great products the staff including Bronson, Kaitlyn, and Tammy are all not only knowledgeable about what they offer, but they exhibit exceptional hospitality throughout the duration of your visit. I usually try to make it in on Tuesdays when they have a weekly deal on coils, but their reasonable prices are also simply just another reason to become a regular. Grateful to consider this establishment my local vape shop. They also have an awesome rewards program which allow you to accrue points and, eventually once you’ve reached a benchmark you can apply a discount to your purchase. All it takes is giving them your mobile phone number every visit and more importantly they will not spam you with notifications. Your number is safe in their system.

Sales people are great. Nice big store. Clean and neat. Several products to choose from. Prices are reasonable. There are everyday sales on different products. Brunson great person to work with. Very informative.

The prices, atmosphere, and friendly staff keep me coming back! Bronson especially has been so helpful in explaining different products to me so that I can choose the best option! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

My first visit after this store began selling disposables *and* a little bit of everything else too. I called first, spoke to Amy, and she was really helpful. I’ve been using a Smok mod/ my favorite Ejuices for 5 years and wasn’t interested in the products Availvape had in stock before.
So today, wanting to try a disposable vape, and wow, what a selection! This store is so nice, well stocked and clean, and a great environment all around. Amy showed me different products and options, there’s so much,
she really knows this store’s inventory!
So on her recommendation, I purchased 2 different brands and flavors and I’m quite happy.
As far as price goes, I’ve nothing to compare them with yet, but stop by yourself and checkout all this store's latest products, there’s a lot to choose from!

This is my go to store for all my vape needs. I finally met Nicole, the store manager today. She and all the staff are great. Sam, Tammy, Bronson and Nicole make a great team. Thank you for always taking such good care of me when I come in. They make shopping at this store an absolute pleasure and fun.

Let me first say, this is going to be my new spot for my vaping essentials. The store is very nice and clean! They have so many selections that will most likely meet your needs or your curiosity!! The name of the sales rep that helped me out today is Bronson!! He’s great at his job lol. The customer service was spot on and I walked away with some knowledge as well as trying something new 🙌🏽. Megan, Travis and all the staff at Avail Vapor in Winston-Salem are truly the best I have found. Their knowledge of the juices and devices are second to none! I have been vaping since August of 2015 and after 34 years of a pack and a half a day on October 20, 2015 I became tobacco free! I owe a tremendous amount to the support and friendships I have built at Avail. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the store, the pureness of the juices are just a small part in what keeps me a regular customer. The staff is what makes the difference - they ROCK!!!

Really good first experience in a vape shop!! The woman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my selection and made me feel comfortable. She didn't make me feel pressured to purchase anything. She also saved me a LOT of money. I will definitely be returning!!!

The most amazing vape store I've been to! The level of knowledge and professionalism the staff had made me feel confident in the quality of the product I was buying. The store layout was even phenomenal and very inviting. Avail is the gold standard of what I want in a vape store and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and products I purchased.

The best looking vape shop that I have ever been in and I've been in many. I could not believe the massive amount of flavors that they have on display for sampling. It was truly a vape shop experience. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. First class establishment.

Just tried their watermelon / dragon fruit flavor and it was very good. Will be trying the strawberry next.

Megan, and the rest of the staff at the Winston location are the main reason I shop here. The juice is second to none, approx 90% of what I vape comes from Avail. They have absolutely the best atmosphere, the best flavors, and hands down the best customer service!! The staff is knowledgeable of all their products. They have a customer for life in me!!!

Excellent customer service and a VAST selection of juice made for a very pleasant shopping experience. The store has a very clean and corporate vibe, but the sales associate was friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about all the products and juices. Zero snobbery. I'm sure we'll be back. I wanna try more flavors! Plus, they're open on Sundays, too!

AMAZING staff and customer service! I knew absolutely nothing about vaping and as soon as I walked in they made me feel right at home, and eased all of my worries and concerns. I had sooooo many (stupid) questions and I’m certain I got on their nerves; however, they always remained professional, and took the time to work with me until I found a device that I absolutely LOVE! They have a ton of amazing flavors, hosted in a very clean, modern/industrial, friendly environment (reminiscent of an Apple Retail Store). I will most certainly return, and highly recommend this location.

P.S. I NEVER write reviews... but this place was worth it!
