Twisted Laurel Weaverville

First time here and we had a great experience. Danielle was a great waitress. Food came out fast and was delicious. I got breakfast platter and the husband got a breakfast burrito. Pricing was great. Parking is free along street. If street parking is taken, there is a parking lot area nearby.

Finally tried the hot wings and Mahi tacos today 11/4 /2023 they were excellent, The restaurant was pretty busy and our server was awesome.

We had lunch here 3 times. The service was excellent friendly staff and the food was delicious. The salmon fish tacos, Greek bison burger were better than expected, full of flavor as were all the other meals we had. This place gets really busy around lunch time and dinner hours so lunch at 1:30 is the perfect time to go. This is one of our favorite places in Weaverville.

Food was delicious and good size portions. I ordered a white pizza( best I have had in the area) , daughter had chicken sandwiches with fries and I took home a firecracker burger for her dad. I can’t wait to try some of their other dishes especially the pastas and Chicken Marsala. The food came out fairly quickly. Waitress was very nice. Great selection on their food and drink menu. We will be going back and I definitely recommend you try this restaurant.

This was our first visit. The greeter was very friendly, our waitress was Dana R. A great person!! She checked on us frequently, suggested items, ordered garlic knots, hot and fresh. Wife had the salmon dish, I had the Greek platter. Wow, a lot of food for great price. All good was brought quickly, hot.. one of the best times we’ve had out on date day.. Will definitely make the trip from Bristol to Weavervile.. highly recommended!

Dined here while on vacation recently, and our only regret is that we didn’t eat here every single night ! We were in town with our pooch, and having frequented Weaverville before, I knew they were dog friendly, but didn’t realize just how kind people could be. Our server was absolutely incredible, immediately (without even having to ask) brought our pooch some water and a bowl! He was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful when it came to ordering food and drinks, but also stayed engaged and punctual the entire time. Our beers were some of our favorites on the trip, and the food was phenomenal. Such a comfortable and relaxing place tucked away, but also allowed for our entire little family (pooch included!) to be able to enjoy a wonderful meal together. We visit the area often and we will be back to the Twisted Laurel. If you’re looking for a spot to dine, don’t hesitate, this IS the spot in Weavo to enjoy :)

Ate outside with our dog on the back porch. Great service! Ordered our food and it came out in 5 minutes or less! I got the Tuesday special that was a taco salad and my mom got the Greek platter. Both were amazing! Jami was so fun and sweet! We had an odd experience with a male customer passing by and she made sure to check up on us! Love this place, can’t wait to come back and try something new!

Ate here for the first time and enjoyed it very much! Atmosphere was charming local and the service with Christopher was the best! Particularly enjoyed our salmon with a fig relish on risotto and an Italian pasta dish were both excellent! We will definitely done here again!

My husband and I are on vacation in Weaverville and decided to look up a place close to us on our last day. We wish we would’ve found this place sooner!!! Amazing food, good beer, and GREAT dessert. 10/10

This place has TOTALLY earned their #1 ranking in Weaverville. Terrific tap selection and SUPER creative menu! I can hardly wait to come back to try something else! Turkey & brie sandwich with house cut fries were both amazing! If they offered tap flights it would be PERFECT, because there were quite a few brews I wanted to try. Don't miss this gem!

Food was extremely good. Turkey and Brie sandwich, Smash burger, Chicken Tenders, Greek Lamb platter, and Tomato Bisque were fantastic. The homemade potato chips where really good.
Everyone loved the food. Service was solid and we didn't have to wait long. The beer list is healthy with local breweries. The specialty cocktails, Fall Margarita was stellar but could use a bit more tequila. Overall a great lunch. Well worth visiting again.

First time here, went with my brother's, we enjoyed our meals. Our server was very good.

I'm not sure my pictures give the food justice. Everything we ordered was a recommendation from our waitress, Sabrina. She was great! She hustled, had a great personality, and got all the orders correct. Definitely recommend the place! Oh ... and the food was really good too! 😊

In the area looking for some great food after visiting a few local breweries. I’ve had lunch here before but dinner tonight was great. Plenty of indoor seating with booth’s and tables. The covered patio outside is great during the warmer months as well but on a cold night inside was the place to be. Plenty of craft cocktails and brews if your thirsty. The staff were attentive and friendly. Food was great from burgers to gyros our larger group enjoyed everything. Group favorites: garlic knots, firecracker shrimp, bison steak, firecracker shrimp alfredo. Cheers !!

Stellar pub environment that puts the food first and has some of the best wait staff in the area.

Been here a couple times and was thoroughly impressed with each visit. Every menu item I've tried has been amazing and exceeded expectations.

The firecracker shrimp alfredo is one my favorite dishes available in Weaverville, and the baklava is easily the best I've ever had.

Staff is incredibly helpful, understanding, and upbeat. They add to the dining experience with conversation and fun, but remain professional enough to not get in the way of your dinner/lunch experience.

Overall this restaurant is a true gem of Western NC and there is a reason they've thrived across their several different locations for years.

My friends reserved their "private" room for a going away party at the Twisted Laurel, and it was great! The staff were quick and accommodating in setting up the room for us, and allowed us to bring our own decorations. The bartender was slammed having to cover both areas, but made sure to accurately get all the food and drink orders for over 30 people and the course of 4 hours. The other staff were great as well

Had the best time writing a letter to Santa while we waited for food! Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious. Wide variety of food for everyone and we will definitely be going back! First time at any of their locations.
Update:
Went for a chill valentine's dinner with hubby and it was a success. Server was so sweet! Food was a little over done sadly but they were so busy and it was still good so we left happy as always.

Went here with a group for a holiday party. I got a burger with a gluten free bun. I am always glad to have gluten free options. The burger and chips were both great. Our server was gracious with our large talkative group. Would absolutely make the trip from Burnsville to come back.

02/02/2024 2:54 The service was great Chris was awesome and the food came out quickly. I had the supreme pizza I was good but would have been better with more sauce I don't know if this is how they do it all the time or if it was a mistake since this was our first time. Next time I will just ask for extra sauce. My wife had Philly cheesesteak and it with vegetables on the side the cheese steak was good but was a little different from other cheese steaks we have had but it was good the vegetables would have been really good if cooked just a little longer. Over all it was good and we will be back. It was 39.50 for a large supreme pizza a Philly cheesesteak a side of vegetables and two drinks.

A delightful & delicious experience! Service was excellent from start to finish. The vibe was casual, cool & comfy. The menu was quite large, featuring sandwiches, pasta, pizza, burgers and more chef specialties. I am gluten-free and appreciated that there were plenty of options for me!

The food looked too good to even pause to take photos. I had the Firecracker Burger on a gluten-free bun... seriously the best GF bun I've ever had! Boyfriend had the Firecracker Fettuccine, which was also delish.
