Prescription Pad of Weaverville

Tricia Cody stayed 30 mins past closing on Christmas Eve to work with my insurance company on the phone so I could fill my prescription! Talk about outstanding customer service!! She and the other pharmacists in Weaverville are the absolute best! And always have smiles on their faces. Love them!!!

The night before Thanksgiving, I was waiting for an antibiotic for my sick child. We had been seen right before the office closed for the long weekend and somehow the prescription hadn't been received by the pharmacy. The pharmacist and technician spent a long time and made several phone calls but were able to track down the prescription and get it filled for us before the long weekend! I can never express my gratitude for their kindness and hard work during a stressful time for us. We definitely wouldn't have gotten this kind of service with a big box pharmacy!

Love shopping local! Very quick refilling prescriptions, get a text when ready and price. And they'll give a $1 coupon when you get vaccinated. (walk in fine). Redeem at ice cream Shoppe in store.

At the beginning of this year (2023) switched all my prescriptions to them. Need a flu shot? Just walk in, no appointment needed. Same when we needed a Covid Booster. Want someone to actually answer the phone? Call them with your question, they answer the phone. Want to be greeted like you matter to them? Go to their pharmacy and see their smiling caring faces. They are professional, caring, and so much more. No they don't carry all the knick knacks and stuff that a large chain pharmacy does, but they carry what I need for my medicine cabinet and they have the prescriptions I take.

They are not busy yet so you get in and out. There’s an ice cream shop which also sells hotdogs. They have an interesting cabinet full of old medical equipment.

Prescription Pad continues to provide excellent customer service. Staff is always friendly and willing to help out in any way. A special thank you, to Jane, for always going above and beyond. They are truly a small community pharmacy, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my prescription needs!

I’d give Prescription Pad-Weaverville 6 stars if I could. I had a prescription that would have cost $840 if filled by another pharmacy. Contacted the great folks at Prescription Pad-Weaverville. They initially agreed that the cost would be $840. But they worked to find discounts for me……I ultimately got the prescription for $20. What they did was completely unnecessary, but SOOOOOO appreciated. I am Prescription Pad-Weaverville customer for life. Thanks to all the great staff!!

The best Pharmacy anywhere around Asheville. It is so nice to have friendly helpful people who are efficient kind and are happy to help you instead of acting like they don't want your business or ignoring you completely. Trust me switch your prescriptions here if you are able you won't be disappointed. Love the idea of helping local folks also.

I can not say enough how WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and CARING the staff at the Prescription Pad of Weaverville were to me during a recent visit. They were able to help me find a prescription that I needed (6 other pharmacies were out), communicated quickly when the medicine was in stock, and ready for me to pick up. What fabulous service!!! :) Thanks again to the staff for helping me.

This place makes me feel like home❤ Everyone is caring, knowledgeable and professional. The pharmacy phone is always answered. You never get a machine. Ice cream is out of this world as an added bonus!!!

This is a marvelous shop with great staff, out front with their ice cream parlor, and very competent pharmacy staff in the back. BUT... to my disappointment, I discovered that the Pad has no arrangement with my Aetna Health Insurance which would have fully covered 3 of my four prescriptions!!! Is there any way Prescription Pad can make arrangements with Aetna so I'm not forced to go to CVS or Ingles?

Warm and friendly staff, but also professional and helpful. You feel welcome to their pharmacy and know that they will help you find what you need. They are knowledgable and will help you decide what is the best thing to buy for what you need.
P.S. AND THEY HAVE WONDERFUL ICE CREAM!

Where else can you have a hotdog and ice cream while waiting for your prescription to be filed?! The Prescription Pad has lots more than medicine and the customer service is friendly and accommodating.

Great place with great people. Don’t know why anyone would use a big box store when they can (1) always get a live person that actually answers the phone (2) prices particularly on prescriptions that match chains or are most times even lower

This is the drugstore of old. The new big drug stores like CVS, Walgreens, and grocery store pharmacies just cannot even begin to compete with the service that they provide at the prescription pad. It reminds me of going back in time to the Mayberry drug store on the Andy Griffith Show. These people really care and they really do their best to get you what you need and make sure that you're medicine needs are met. I have not encountered a drugstore like this in many decades. We must all support places like this or they will go the way of the past and it would be a tragic shame and a loss to the medical community in general. Three cheers for the Prescription Pad!

Prescription pad has been a saving grace for a ministry I work for, they’ve been patient and helpful when transferring about 20 individuals over to their services.

I was a very unhappy CVS customer. When I saw prescription pad open I transferred to them immediately. Personalized service, a person answers the phone, they care about you. The best!

It was amazing!!!! The food was delicious and the staff is incredibly kind. I would definitely come back, I can see where I’ll be getting ice cream this summer.
