EmergeOrtho: Physical Therapy

Dr. Taylor Harris was my surgeon for my Rotator Cuff surgery. He was incredibly knowledgeable and comforting during the whole initial office visit, surgery day, and after surgery for my post operative care. He was always upbeat, caring and worked so well with all the surgical staff. I had researched Dr. Harris via online, but most importantly by asking questions from the nurses. It is so important to be comfortable with your surgeon. I’m 5 weeks post operation and definitely recommend and give Dr. Harris 5 STARS.

Ben was a great therapist . He was attentive and professional. He appreciated that he was working with a senior citizen and stayed within my physical limitations yet making sure I received the care I needed.

Always a great experience here! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Special shout out for Peggy, Jessica and Jayden. They are the best!

Thalia is my daughter’s therapist and she is absolutely wonderful. The entire staff are always friendly with us as well as each other and reception is always welcoming.

Not a great experience. Physical therapists were totally qualified yet clearly weren't able to dedicate enough time and attention to meet my needs. I think they're just just way overbooked. The receptionist wasn't also pretty rude. Go somewhere else

Nasty receptionist said I would see an assistant for my course of treatment, never a therapist, hung up on me, and lied to her boss .... Abusive unprofessional experience with Michelle H director at this location. I've done PT for 40 years and never .... ! I got mouthy at the end but I had been lied to, lied about, and accused of causing the problem. Run away! I Love Love Love the orthopedists. But something has changed for the worse in an epic way

The receptionist here is completely rude and would not book an appointment for me. I told her three times that I’ve tried calling and no one would pick up. She said, “Well, I’m speaking to you now.” Yes, you’re speaking to me but are you able to comprehend that I need to schedule an appointment after I told you three times why I’m calling? She said that I should have said that in the first place. I told her that I did and I asked to speak to a manager, but she hung up.
