Completely lied about their product. I was sold a "solid gold" nose hoop. I purchased it because I have VERY sensitive metal allergies and I have serious reactions to anything that isn't solid gold or gold filled. Within a week my "solid gold" hoop was turning silver. My nose swelled up and hurt terribly. I tried to call multiple times to ask for a refund since I paid a solid gold price for a dainty nose hoop, no one ever answers. I even told the person assisting me that I have bad metal allergies. She lied to me and sold me the product anyways. I had to frantically call other shops to find a real gold one to switch out ASAP to stop the allergic reaction.

How can a company keep changing the amount that you have paid on layaway and then say they didn't add the taxes to the total amount of the necklace? If you want to get screwed over A Lot go here!!!
