My friend had a bad experience and wrote a bad review about the service of the guy who works here. I had to go there and I asked the same guy several questions and he was very helpful and kind and answered a lot of questions that I asked him. Good job! Thks

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of new and used games and accessories at decent prices. One of the few places you can actually buy a PS5 in store (limited supplies available, of course).

The young lady that was working there on Jan 19, 2023 (believe her name was Karen sorry if I got that wrong) was all alone in a completely crowded store. People in line behind me were complaining but she was cool as a cucumber and devoted as much time as it took to each of us. Very knowledgeable and would cause me to revisit the store anytime!

Asher was so helpful - the problem was there wasn’t record of my purchase in their system, and I needed my system replaced under warranty. I visited this GameStop 3x’s looking for a solution - one employee even suggested I purchase my own parts. Thank you , Asher!

I went in today.and decided to leave about 25 mins in. In the time I was there a new employee held it together under pressure. No back up and only was there for 3 weeks. Graceful and respectful human.

They have staffing issues and their hours are weird right now. However it's all understandable and all the staff I've worked with are handling it with stride and they deserve to have their efforts noticed!

Stocked well with all of the most recent releases as well as a wide variety of older, often more rare, games. Knowledgeable staff that is both respectful and friendly. Professional team of folks who genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs!

I went in to return spiderman ps4 beacuse I paid for the game of the year edition but didn't have it in stock. The person behind the counter was cool and gave me my refund. I asked him how much a copy of TLOU2 was and he told me; turns out it was as much as the change in my hand so I just bought it. Made my day going to GameStop a bit angry only to come out super excited with 2 games haha!

Drove here from SC to see if I could snag any Pokémon posters and thankfully they had the pins I had been looking for! Guys were super nice and helpful, will definitely come again when I’m in the area

I go to thrift stores and retro game stores looking for games all the time and honestly I find myself in this GameStop more than I ever really planned on. Mike and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable on upcoming games and consoles. They are all for the most part a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this location for all of your current gen needs.

Honestly I could just hangout here. A team of video game fans ready to guide you to a right purchase. In fact it's easy to get caught up in casual conversation, and geek out for a long time. I cannot express how great the leadership and passion for games is here.

Hubby was able to get some Ghostbusters collectibles ou can't find anywhere else. Good place to go. Glad they are still around .
