I'm sure they are very nice people who are very competent. We felt led astray in the past and moved on to another company.

Good for many years but after an accident they had to total my car and pay. Fine but then when I bought my new car I called to have insurance transferred over. The company representative inputted all my information and I asked what the rate would be. She refused to answer and said she can’t give that information over the phone. This seemed odd but I asked if it was more expensive than my last policy and she said it barely changed the price. Ok. Should have asked for a manager. It was twice the price! No wonder she wasn’t allowed to say on the phone! They were trying to get the payout back out of me before I realized what was happening and I changed companies to less than I was paying before the accident. Not super smart Nationwide. You’ll never get my recommendation for anyone ever again and I tell the story so people know that they are getting into.
