Excellent rehab facility. The staff are top notch and very knowledgeable. Extremely clean and well maintained facility. The gym is well equipped. The food is pre-ordered 3 times per day and they have a chef on-site to prepare the meals. The food is delicious. I highly recommend this facility. You will be very well taken care of.

I would give 6 stars if I could.

My father stayed here for over 2 weeks. The care he received, was phenomenal. All the staff was very compassionate and professional. The nurses and the CNA's were top' notch. The care they all gave my Dad was greatly appreciated! The Physical Therapist we're fantastic and compassionate also. I was greeted by the front staff everytime I came in or out, with a smile and a hello. Housekeeping and the girls delivering my father food was very friendly and always had a smile. The food was very good and healthy. The case manager worked dilagently, when my father was discharged. When you have a loved one in the hospital and rehab in this case, all of this makes a huge difference to the family.

I got to the Novanthealth rehab on November the 10 ,2021. When I got there I could not walk or stand on my own. And with the help of the staff there I was not only able to stand with a walker but I could walk with a walker to. Some days I just wanted to be left alone but Bryce and Todd would not have any of that. They pushed me and that only make me better I am so thankful fir them two guys they would not let me give up. And the nurses I had were wonderful. I know everyone there was way over worked but they never stopped being caring and nice. I thank God everyday for being there. I would not be home now if not for this place. I want to thank everyone that took such good care of me. And I want Todd and Bryce to know I am walking with a cane and every now and then I don’t have to use the cane so to you two guys I owe so much too. What a amazing staff and place this is. Thank you again for all y’all done for me!!!!!

Excellent Staff!! I had to stay at this facility twice and each time I received the best of the best. This group of phenomenal people put the "T" in Teamwork! Physical therapist Kristine and Occupational therapist Jesse are par excellent in their care for their patients, and made my 1st stay memorable. EVERYBODY, from the maintenance staff to the Drs., were absolutely great, very helpful, courteous, pleasant and accommodating. CNA's were on point throughout the day and night!!. Food was decent. Can't ask for much more!! Kudos!!

My wife was here after spending 8 weeks in Forsyth Hospital. This place was a major upgrade in caring. Every person she or I had contact with where great. Food was marginal, but id trade that for the great staff any day!

During the fall of 2021
I stayed 22 days in Rehab at Encompass. The staff was very professional and caring. I was so afraid of falling again and my anxiety was off the chart. Arnold and Lauren quickly put me at ease.They gave me encouragement that I desperately needed.
I continue to use Encompass Homecare for my homebound Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.Jeff, Hannah ,Rob and Hunter are the best.They have me standing and walking with a walker.

Staff is truly passionate and it is evidenced by the care they provide to patients.

I was just released today after 3 weeks of learning to walk again using my new prosthetics. I could not ask for a better group of people for my care. I will miss them and the hospital and will definitely recommend other to go there.

I recently had a stroke and was transfered from the hospital. Right away I knew I was in the right place. I meet with my team and they began right away. I had three classes a day.

Extraordinary experience. Doctors, nurses, cna's and therapy staff all go above and beyond to make this a positive experience for the patient and their family. Could not have aske for them to have been any better.
