Marcus Laws is an amazing hard worker, and a life saver. I came to AutoZone expecting no help in my time of need. Usually at places like that, it is against the rules to help people physically with their cars, but Marcus took his lunch break just to help me, getting down and dirty, cutting off rubber, removing parts, bleeding from cuts, and doing whatever it took to get the job done. When I asked if he wanted money or even a drink he refused. I never even considered AutoZone as a store I would visit before now, but now, It's definitely my main and first pick. Thank you Marcus Laws! You deserve whatever raise or promotion there is! 10/10

Great place to get anything you need or want for your vehicles. Parts, fluids, and all kinds of stuff to pep up your ride. All employees are nice and helpful every time I am in there. They also do loan a tool and battery- alternator checking. They will put your wipers on too. Also if for some reason they don't have what you need, they will order it for you and sometimes they can get it the same day. If not, I've never had to wait more than 24 hours on anything that they have had to order for me. Hope this helps.

They had the spark plugs I needed. The salesman was so helpful. He even disassembled a garage door opener so we could tell what kind of batteries was in it. They had the right batteries in stock for it.A+A+A+

Love this place

A bit of wait due to the covid-19 issue, yet the clerk was prompt and quickly found several options on front end brakes. I've had great luck with the Duralast product and they were in stock. I chose AutoZone over a few others due to the fact phone conversations. I also drove over 70 miles around trip. The the other places we're definitely much closer but AutoZone's staff were more helpful and had sound suggestions. I will return.

a man helped me check my check engine light and gave me a clear idea of what it is and how to fix it from his own personal experience. Im always leaving that store laughing everyone has a sense of humor

Autozone always seems to have knowledgeable people working in their store. I stopped in on 6/4 around 9:30 and the guy at the counter found me a new case for my key fob and even installed it for me. Don't waist your time at any of the other big box parts stores in Marion, go strait to autozone for knowledgeable and efficient help.

Only part store in town that I will go to. It's nice when the employees know something about what you are talking about too. Employees are always so helpful.

My favorite autoparts store ever. Commercial is what i use at this store but everyone there is great. Keeson or Keson really goes out of his way to get me what i need. Everyone i send there thanks me. Warranty is the best. Even the cheap parts have a great warranty.

Always friendly and helpful. I hate going to auto parts stores because I'm a moron when it comes to cars but they always make it easier. The store is always clean and cool.
