Store manager DJ and the trainee (didn't catch his name he was working so hard) did everything possible to ensure I had a fantastic experience at this GameStop location. I haven't been to a GameStop since I was younger, but customer service like this will surely make a return customer out of me and hopefully for many more. Thank you

Had to pick up my order from here, a young lady helped me she stated it was her first day alone there! She was extremely helpful very friendly her customer service skills are too tier she gave me a lot of tips for the game I was buying (she’s also a Pokémon fan) she even gave me tips for finding shiny Pokémon’s ! If I could tip her I would’ve! I hate that I didn’t get her name! I watched her help other customers she was definitely plus selling also ! Game stop you need more employees like her . Don’t know if they get commission on sales but I definitely will be back to find her and spend all my money here with her! I haven’t been this impressed by service in years and happy that I got my order to pick up instead of shipping it!

I don't think what people are saying about the warranties are true. I shop here all the time and they word it saying "with the protection for the games/accessories that total will be (insert total here)." They don't trick you into getting something you don't want. If you don't want the warranty just ask them to take it off. No harm no foul. All in all I love this place.

Amazing customer service by the associate Miguel(I hope I spelled his name right 😅)! Not being from this state has thrown me off a lot with the time and we ended up staying an hour after close and not once did he get upset pressure us or treat us rudely. I am sure he was tired and wanted to go home but he still helped us with game questions. Even on stuff he didn't know he looked up. Such a great experience. And some really good deals too!

Called to inquire about a game, very friendly and put game aside for me. Easy transaction and took the time to tell me if other products that I may have interest in.

I like the employees they hire. They have a passion for gaming and it keeps me coming back. They also offer good warranties and return policies on their products.

Their gaming expertise is always valuable! I feel like everyone that has ever worked at this location has been spot on with recommendations, game reviews, and customer service. We go here often and I have NEVER had a bad experience. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help out their customers and get any issues straightened out immediately! I cannot say enough great things about this store! I went there looking for a semi rare pop that had recently been released. Although they did not have it in store the gentleman working there (Dakota) waited on hold for about 15 mins with the warehouse to ensure that I would receive the pop via mail. He and his co worker (did not get his name but he had dark shoulder length hair and glasses) were both super friendly and very helpful!

The best game stop! Timothy is the guy you want to see. Has always helped us find exactly what our kids are talking about. All the guys that work there are really good. You wont be upset walking in here.

Tim,Randy,Alex, Dakota are awesome. I've been going to this store for 10 years an the people here are very knowledgeable with everything that you need to know as a single mother and don't know anyting. They will even take time out of their busy schedule to help you over the phone. this is a five-star GameStop and if you have not visited here then you're missing out on an awesome staff.

Just finished talking with one of the employees, Tim, very welcoming introduction and genuinely seemed to want to help me and answered all of my questions. This location is clean, very hospitable, also very welcoming. Great job by the employees and managers

Very good customer service, One of the sales representatives named Alejandro helped with the purchase of a used gaming system. Alejandro helped me save money and provided some needed insurance for the device as-well. Alejandro was very professional and had knowledge of the product he was selling. The rest of the staff even assisted with me getting to the door, thats what I call great care..

I was looking all over for a rare SH Figuarts that was sold out online and everywhere else I thought to look. I went into this location to see if they could help, and within two days, they got me the exact item I was looking for.

They went the extra mile to do the impossible for me. Customers are valued and treated very well here.

Fantastic experience with midnight launch here. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and organized store and barley any wait time. Manager was very spunky and helpful.

Wonderful staff who are always there to help. The place can feel more like a second home/group of friends than a gaming store at times, a great positive in my opinion!

This place is awesome I went in to get my grandson a game I had no idea what my grandson was wanting I asked the staff to talk to my grandson on the phone so he could tell her and she did so without any problems and with a smile, and the price of the game was great.
