I found what I needed, a new refrigerator,. If delivered as quoted, it's very timely. Being a vet and not having been listed in their system, I took the necessary information and received the discount they advertised. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant to deal with. I must say this whole interaction was probably the best I've had in quite a while.

This Lowe's cleans up nicely and has a great selection for my projects. I've redone my back porch, deck, built a fire pit, and helped with several community projects like a new tile ceiling for the Lion's Club, all from S. Winston-Salem Lowe's. This is the first and only place to meet my needs.

I brought in paint chips and John matched both pieces. He was patient and very helpful. I needed paint of 2 different surfaces and he got it right for the metal and the wood that will be painted the same color. Also my shutters needed a refresh after 23 yrs🤦‍♀

Came here for a press build im doing for a gun smithing course and went down the nut and bolt isle and a a worker by the name of Timothy came up to me and asked if I needed any help and I told him what I was looking for and about as fast as one could move he went through the sections and picked out exactly what I needed which was impressive because anyone thats been down that isle knows that there are A LOT of drawers which means he has them just about memorized.. and that is VERY impressive. This also means he takes his job seriously and has pride in what he does. Thank you Timothy for your help and initiative.

Always a pleasurable experience at Lowe's if something is not right they go out of their way to fix it.

Was really impressed with how much service I received while shopping there. It was about 15 minutes till close, and usually, that means not being able to find anyone to help you but that wasn't the case.

My boyfriend (A.T.) Went to pick up some items so can fix an Senior woman rails at her house because she recently fell down. Lowes had the exact items I was in need of my experience was great.

Ordered online and had it sent to the store the order was split in to two different orders with two different delivery dates. The first one was pulled from the store and was ready the next morning. No issues at all with that, all went great. The second had to come from a warehouse or another store and was stated it would be there by 2/1/2024. I was notified this morning that UT was there and in a locker. I printed off the sheet with the barcode and number on it and went by this afternoon and scanned the barcode at the lockers and it popped open with the rest of my order. Works great! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Excellent Lowes location with all the hardware, lumber, 🪚🪛power tools, appliances, plumbing, flooring, home and 🏡 gardening items and more. They also have great seasonal items and decorations. They have a ♿ handicap accessible parking lot, 🚻 restrooms, and sidewalks as well.

From the banana peppers in the garden to some of my household plants, Lowe's has been part of freshening up my Summer. I bought new appliances, light fixtures, and my toolbox is 1,000% Lowe's / Craftsman. Highly recommended, every single department of the store.

Lowes is my first choice for all things home-related. The store is well-stocked and has a wide range of products. From tools to décor, they have it all. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to help. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or a homeowner, Lowes is a must-visit.

It was a great experience to be at this particular Lowe's store. The cashier girl was very helpful throughout the peocess, especially because my friend wanted to apply for their store credit card and the process would normally take a while. So, it requires patience. She kept running back and forth between two registers to help others with the check out while we were working on the application. I definitely admire their professional courtesy and would recommend visiting this store for all kinds of tools and other equipment.

Visited this store on 4.2.23 to purchase a lawnmower and Cary and David were beyond helpful. Cary helped me find the perfect mower for me and answered all of my questions. David went above and beyond to help me acquire a Lowe’s credit card for the purchase and worked really hard to get me my applicable discounts. Both these gentleman re instilled my faith in excellent customer service! Awesome job guys!

It's a good store with good people sometimes service is not quite as what you would want or expect but that's what happens at every Lowe's or any kind of super sized business although stock on a lot of things seem to run short. The help at the store seems slow an unhelpful anymore these days.

Love it. They have everything I can't find in Walmart, Family Dollar, nor Dollar General.

Cris and Maurice in outside part of lawn and garden were so helpful today! My husband and I are working on our backyard for the summer and these two young men are very knowledgable in their department. They were able to help us make the right choices to start our backyard of our dreams! Can't thank them enough!
