I went to T-Mobile to see about adding an Apple Watch to my plan. Nai was very helpful and patient with me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She answered all my questions throughout the process and made sure I didn’t feel rushed.

Big changes for us. We took advantage of the promotion. Got 2 free IPhones…Iwatches….We’ve gone cordless! Now we’re streaming everything. Goodbye AT&T and Direct TV…And the channels we now get…..Wow! Be patient as you make the changes. They certainly will be. Go to the Peters Creek Parkway store. Ask for Eli….JJ….and Sully!!! They’re THE best!!
Oh and we’re saving more than $1200 a year!!👏👏👏👏

I had the Absolute BEST EXPERIENCE dealing with Cozy and Nayirah !!! I came In not expecting to be helped the way I did but they were awesome! They both went out their way to make sure my home internet service was activated and that I had the correct coverage!! They helped me in the most professional speedy manor! Due to their wonderful customer service and the experience they provided me I will be coming back to add additional services and purchase more devices !!! I will ONLY come to their location just to ensure I have the same wonderful experiences going forward!! They were great !!!!

I got to give it to the employees at this T-Mobile store….they get thrown all sorts of crazy situations but always stay really positive and friendly. Sam and Eli bent over backwards helping me solve a problem with my phone, they found out what was wrong and came up with working solution. Wish every local cell service carrier store was as professional and knowledgeable as this one.

Jessica was very helpful when I went into the store to get an upgrade. She even told me about deals that I didn't know about. I was in the store several hours getting my information transferred from the old phone to the new one she remained very patient through the whole process and tried several ways to get the information to transfer faster. She was great and will be the reason I come back into the store the two times I visited she exhibited great customer service.

Jonathan and Kelsey were great. They were both very tolerant and understanding as well as competent. They engaged with us as people and not simply as customers. They took good care of us and made us feel good about t Mobile. Or visits were not only productive but also pleasant.

I worked with the Manager Lacey and I couldn’t be any happier! She made my experience coming back to T-Mobile wonderful from the deals on the phone, the lower bill to the amazing customer service. I have never had customer service so quick but efficient!
I hate traveling to Winston Salem but I’ll always go there to see Lacey. At least I know I’ll be taken care of and everything will be done right!

My fiancé and I switched carriers, and Jonathan made the process extremely smooth. He was very honest with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. I just had to go back and get my screen protector replaced and had a great experience again. Highly recommend this store.

Jessica & Katy were very helpful today, they went above & beyond to make sure my experience was the best and time saving as possible. They worked together to make sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion and helped me pick out the necessary accessories for my new phone and also helped me pick out new accessories for my wife. The were very pleasant to work with and definitely made my time much easier in store today.

Jessica is amazing. She is always there to help me, she is always sweet and has a great personality. She makes sure I know what I’m getting into and what to expect every time I add something to my bill. With Christmas coming up, she makes sure she knows her promotions so that I can get the best deals possible. I notice how she always double checks to make sure she isn’t missing anything. I definitely recommend talking to her when it comes to adding lines or anything to your account.

Best T-Mobile store in Winston-Salem. Kelsey and Orlando go above and beyond to satisfy every customers needs. They made the process of getting a new phone very easy and simple ! I would recommend this store over any other T-Mobile store in Winston-Salem.

Katie and Lacey were great. They handled Sprint customer service with so much class and professionalism when it wasn’t given to them. They resolved my issue and assisted me with ease when migrating my plan to T-Mobile. They were awesome!!!

My husband and I worked with manager Jonathan. He was so patient and helpful as we switched from Verizon. He went above and beyond to assist us with a complicated family plan. Our interactions with him alone made us happy we made the switch to t-mobile.

The workers at the T-Mobile store in Winston-Salem North Carolina a wonderful workers. They put a smile on my face and gave me a great deal on my new phone. I was so pleased I went and brought them slushies from Burger King just to show my appreciation. I would recommend this company 2 anyone
