I was a little concerned buying a used vehicle from a car lot. Rusty and Josh were amazing and answered all of my questions, they let me test drive it and even walked around and showed me all the features. I was worried my credit wasn’t good enough to buy a vehicle, and still get the payment I wanted…but Byrds came through on that too, and I drove away happy, with my new vehicle. Thanks to Rusty, Josh, and Gary my family will be able to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

A few weeks ago I purchased a jeep from Byrds auto sales. At no one’s fault, one week later the check engine light came on. Byrds went above and beyond to fix the mechanical issues with my new vehicle. I am very grateful for everything Gary Byrd and his team did to make sure my car is running efficiently! My daughter fell in love with a 2015 Nissan Sentra, 80,000 miles. We have had it for a month now, no problems whatsoever. He gave us a great deal! Just bought a Chevy equinox yesterday from here!! Haven’t got to drive it much but the drive home I could tell I bought an awesome car!! Brakes are fantastic!! Car didn’t have gas and me being a new car owner of this equinox I had no clue how to get the gas door open so I called josh back and he helped me out and told me I’m sorry there wasn’t gas in there after u get gas come back with receipt and I’ll get u your money back! I have purchased my last two vehicles from this location and they are absolutely the best used car dealership in Marion!! I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry (almost $2000 under KBB) and Josh was so easy to work with. They got me in my car in just one day! My wife and I stopped by to look at a car they had on the lot. It was Saturday so they were closed but the guy just happened to be there so he answered our questions. He was very nice and wasn't pushy. So far it was a good experience but then a lady came over to say hi and she gave us some home made chocolate walnut fudge. 5 stars, two thumbs up!

This is a place that I would return to again to buy my next car. All of the gentlemen were helpful and there was never any pressure. Every vehicle looked special. I loved that all neccessary data was on the car visible to all and the only question I had to ask was..."can I get the keys to drive this car?" This was a most pleasurable experience. I love my purchase.

This is the second car we have purchased from them. They gave us a great deal that we could afford on the car I wanted. They even provided a donut tire at no extra cost. They were very helpful and curtious. I will go there again next time we need a car.

I recently bought a 2011 Rav 4 from Byrd’s. The guys who work there are very warm and sweet and professional. I am a single mother of two toddler boys and as I enter sales situations, I often feel people try to take advantage because of my being distracted with my children- this was NOT the case at Byrd’s. I felt I was treated with courtesy and respect, as should always be the case. They were patient with us, and engaged with my boys, so they felt part of the process too. My 4 year old even wanted to go back and say hi! Their prices are fair, and they deal even-handedly. After I bought the vehicle, I noticed a shaking in the wheels- I called Gary and he promptly made it right. I sincerely trust these guys. It is apparent that they take their integrity seriously!

Just bought car number 6 from Byrds today. This is the only used car lot that I use and they treat me right everytime. Gary, Josh and Jim are always so helpful. They make the rough task of buying a car a breeze. These guys are the best!

I've bought two cars hereand the staff are friendly and willing to work with you (within reason).

One of my cars had an issue where it had been bumped and hastily repaired with less than permanent results before i had bought it and was sold as-is, yet they still took care of the repairs and costs.

I have bought several vehicles from Gary Byrd over the years. I've witnessed him bending over backwards to go the extra mile to correct an issue, Please if you post negative of the dealership at least be honest with your post.figures don't lie but liars do figure.

I have been looking online for a while checking out different dealers from asheville to lenior. Bryds seems to have best prices with low mileage cars. They also do carfax. I asked my banker about them and he gave them a thumbs up. So I went by to check out inventory. Immediately Mr. Byrd himself came out to help me. I told him what I was looking for and that I was on fixed income and would need low payments. He took my number and told me he would go out of his way to find me what I needed. Very pleasant man and I am definitely going to do business with him. God bless!
