Buddy Mills is one of the best I ever had the pleasure of working with. He made everything easy to understand and gave me the best services at a lower rate than what I had before. Thank you, Mr. Mills, for helping us change our coverage over so easily.

You always hear the horror stories and I was so afraid of loosing my car and being stranded. Was no worries at all in reality. They had my back.

Buddy Mills and his team is amazing! They always answer the phone, are knowledgeable & so very helpful. They actually call you right back if needed and when they say they will. We don’t feel like just another account but a neighbor or friend…..We actually could not get in touch with a previous agent and called Buddy, whom we had never spoke to, and he helped us right then and there and we changed agents immediately! Allstate has been the best insurance agency for me. Buddy Mills in Marion has always taken care of me and always available when I need information on home, vehicle or umbrella policies. He compared my other policy before I went to Allstate and he not only was able to get me better rates he also got me better coverage. Very happy with Allstate.

Buddy Mills is one of the finest men I know. His character and integrity are an example for all. I have all of my insurance with him...cars and home. No matter your need, you can call him and he will take care of it. Recently, I have been quoted figures less than what I am paying for insurance with him. However, I would rather pay the extra money to get the service I get from Buddy.

The other day, my Husband and I were trying to get court papers taken care of for a ticket I had received. Unfortunately they required papers from our insurance company with specific statements for them to dismiss the ticket.

We went to the nearest Allstate company which was Buddy Mills.
Even though he is not our Allstate agent, he really stuck by the slogan "You're in good hands with Allstate", as he took time out of his schedule to make the necessary phone calls and even type us up the letter we needed. (Which would not have gotten to us on time, had we had to wait for one in the mail.)

He was very friendly, kind and courteous, and we are extremely grateful that he made what could have been a very frustrating ordeal, and very easy one instead. We highly recommend him. :)
