The service at Appalachian Autoworks was OUTSTANDING.

I was traveling from Indiana to Charlotte, when my engine was over heating. They quickly were able to diagnose my problem, get the part and install it all in the same day and get me back on the road. I made it back to my appointment in Charlotte and back to Indiana with no problems. Their rates were very reasonable and affordable. I was very appreciative of that with not having an appointment.

If their quality of professionalism and service there are any indication of the other services they provide there at Appalachian Autoworks / Carolina Hydro-printing, I would recommend them to anyone.

You should check out their shop, they had some incredible cars and projects, they were working on, detailing and restoring. I can't wait to get back some time and see some of the final versions, very impressive operation gentlemen.

Jaye, Forrest and Jamie were excellent, I would highly recommend them for the quality of work and service they provide.

The guys at Appalachian Autoworks have helped me out several times with a couple cars I have had. Each time with excellent results. This past weekend I discovered that the alternator was going out on my car. They were able to get the part, work with my warranty company, and get my car running even better than before on short notice. If you need any repairs done or even upgrades I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. Top Notch Service!

I have used this shop personally and have referred several people to them. They took extra steps on my vehicle to be sure of what they needed before replacing a bunch of parts. my van was there 1.5 days, but it only cost me 125.00 for two parts with labor. SAme with other vehicles we have taken there. They looked at it the first day it was there, and had it done noon the next day. Hard working guys, always upfront and honest before they start and help diagnose and explain things on the phone. Have used them personally for our own vehicles 3 times in last 6 months.

The folks at Appalachian Autoworks have helped me out several times. They have helped me with my windshield wiper motor replacement, new battery for another car, and have even hydro dipped a pistol of mine to change the color. If it isn't under warranty I take it to them.

Great group of professional guys, hard working is an understatement. They are honest, professional and care about the customer. I highly recommend them to everyone if you are looking for a trustworthy shop that takes pride in their work.

I took my car there, which was a total wreck, and they turned it into a street demon! In just one afternoon! Also they answered a question that has plagued me for years, regarding women and snails! Thanks, guys! I think one of them may be a sorcerer.

I wanted to find a local shop to install a new clutch into my car. I made an appointment to have my work done at Appalachian Autoworks with the factory parts i had supplied. Appointment was made on Friday for the following Wednesday. i delivered my car and the parts Wednesday morning, dropped the key in the box and left. My car was still sitting where i had left it on Thursday. When i went to the desk I was told that they needed an alignment tool which had just been delivered and that they would get to it that day and i should have my car by Friday lunch time. Friday went by at 11:30 a.m. car was still sitting where i had left it and was told they were backlogged. I reminded the guy that that was why i had made an appointment for Wednesday. I asked for my parts and my key and took my car home. Too Bad i was hoping these guys were mechanics i could trust but will not be back again.

Worst service I've ever seen, completely unwilling to help. Tried twice to get parts. I'll never go back
