Fast Lane Tire and Auto in Black Mountain came to our rescue when we found ourselves stranded with a flat tire. After calling around, they were the only ones who assured us they could accommodate us that day. Despite the minor inconvenience of a slightly inaccurate Google Maps route, we made our way to their location, only about a 20-minute ride from where we were.

Upon arrival, we were impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. They wasted no time in getting to work and performed a thorough job, fixing our tire quickly and at a fair price. While the directions provided by Google Maps were a bit misleading due to some fast-food places obstructing the intended route, it wasn't too difficult to navigate around.

Overall, our experience with Fast Lane Tire and Auto was positive, and we would definitely recommend them to others in need of automotive assistance in the Black Mountain area. Their prompt service, quality workmanship, and reasonable pricing make them a reliable choice for any automotive needs.

On our way to a Christmas dinner, our car got a flat tire. We called ahead to check if they had our tire size and they did! We pulled up, they immediately went to work on our flat tire and replaced it in under 10 minutes.

We also noticed they made sure the tire was balanced and paid attention small details like using a torque wrench to ensure the tire was secure.

I called from the highway because I had a bad tire that was losing air. They got me in and replaced the tire within less than 30 minutes. Great work, and super affordable.

Great business! They don’t just do tires!!! They do much more I needed a battery installed on a 2000 Chrysler LHS (in the wheel well) they got right to work and were very thorough and also pointed out a broken terminal end. They gave me a ride to Walmart to get new one. They saved my typical Monday morning! Thanks guys I will definitely be back and also recommend y’all!
