Cowtown Boots

Great place from selection, price and sales personnel! I will be visiting/ shopping at this location again. Been looking for a certain shoe my doctor recommended. Searched online and priced them at several locations. Average price online 149 bucks and most stores carried them from 149 to 169, crazy! While the wife was shopping at Burlington I found this store. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and courteous. Told her what I was looking for and away she went. Didn't give me the standard they might be over there she found them then helped me try them on. Then I saw the price, 108 bucks! Like I said, great store that I will visit again! Happy Feet!

Only giving this rating cause I took my felt hat to get clean and it was very clean when it was done and for 20$ but haven’t bought anything else yet and staff was very friendly

This is a good place to buy boots. I bought two pair of boots there a few years ago i was there on vacation from Arkansas and i went in and the guy greeted me was real friendly and he gave me one of their business card and i told him i wanted to look at some boots. So i ended up buying two pair, one was a rattle snake pair and the other was ostrich which i am still wearing them after all these about fifteen years and i still have the business he gave me also.

I bought a nice belt today, they have a nice selection of boots for Men, Women and Children Very Affordable prices! $250 for Alligator/leather boots not bad! They have nice western clothes, hats and alittle bit of purses And jewelry would recommend if interested in western wear. 🐊👢👜❤

Sam was great. They didn't have my size so he ordered them from the warehouse. No obligation to buy. When they came in they were exactly what I wanted. He held them for me (I live out of town). Great boot. Best Customer service I've received possibly ever.

I just bought my first pair of boots the other week. The sales rep was helpful in showing me multiple boot options.She went out of her way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. If your shopping for boots, make sure you try on multiple sizes (at least 1 to 2 sizes smaller than your used to) since boots vary significantly in size. Overall, I would recommend Cowtown to anyone!

Large selection of boots at great prices. I visited in March and found a pair that I liked but they did not have my size. At my request they ordered the right size and I was able to pick it up when I was back in town. Very helpful.

Great selection of boots and they have the cheapest prices on Wrangler jackets which I’ll be going back for real soon. It took me hours to try and find the boot I wanted because they had too many fantastic boots to choose from, including their own brand of boots that ai too wanna get. Would recommend this place over Boot Barn and Cavender’s for your needs.

Fantastic selection of every thing you need to survive and thrive. Wonderful customer service. Sales are super as well. I love my new boots.

I love this place. You get great quality at a great price. Elsa works hard to make sure you get what you are looking for. I am very indecisive when it comes to shopping and Elsa gave me her undivided attention and in the end made me very happy!

Cowtown Boots great western store.It's inside Wonder land of America's on the second floor. I found me a duster coat did not have my size but they put in a order for us.Boots,hat's,shirts,jeans,duster coats,belts did I say boots yes I did.All employees are very helpful and courteous.

The customer service is Awesome and the quality in boots are perfect. Lay away is available if needed my husband and j took advantage of that for sure.

Sam and Elsa are awesome, never felt pressured into buying anything. Everyone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions, gave me a great deal on a pair of boots. Will always be coming back to Cowtown for all all my boots!!!!

I have been going here for years and referred my husband to buy his boots here when he moved to San Antonio. They have great boots, great prices, and amazing customer service.

My wife really likes this store. The employees r really friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of boots. We'll definitely b returning
