As an admitted 'attorney-adverse' guy, I quickly came around to really respecting and appreciating Clint Zettle after my first meeting with him. I had some prior experience creating my single member LLC; but sought help when I needed to create a partnership LLC. We definitely made Clint work for his fee, but he revised our Wills until we were satisfied. The "signing ceremony" was actually fun. My wife and I (well, mostly I) love to question just about everything, but Clint was so thorough and concise that I don't recall having many questions to ask. Medical Directive/Power of Attorney docs are powerful, thus important to get right (based on your individual desires). We appreciated how Clint outlined some pros and cons to each option we had to choose from. We both felt it was like chatting with a friend, rather than consulting with an attorney.
