Great cinema , it’s self serving food which is the best ! Great service , very comfortable seats , the only thing that they need to improve is cleaning the restrooms more often.
We really like going to a his one !

This place is amazing. If you gonna wanna watch multiple movies wait for Tuesday!! It’s 4.50$ for movie! Wow! That’s good and seats are amazing!!! I love this place. Or same theater in south Texas is 10$ and 9.50 when it’s at discount!

Good facilities, great service at the entrance with some of the representatives being bilingual (English Spanish). Good variety of food and snacks. The theater room itself was small and cozy, good quality, plush seats, reclineable with cupholders

Love this place! We go almost weekly and love the staff and the service. Comfortable seats and the popcorn is top notch. What more could you want?

Nice movie theater. Clean. They have lots of trash receptacles outside the rooms with sinks to drain your soda, which is nice. Seats were super comfy and reclined. You can sit with a date and basically lay out like a couch by lifting the armrest in between you. Staff was very friendly. The only cons were the ticket purchasing system would not accept either of our cards, and you had to punch the screen with your finger ridiculously hard a million times to select your option. We ended up just buying tickets inside after trying for a while. The concession stand is a weird, kind of confusing set up, but there’s plenty of options. They have the butter dispensers for the popcorn, which I love because I’m a fatty.

Very nice theater. Rooms are clean, the seating is nice and comfortable. They have a nice selection of food and drinks. All hotbox stuff, not a full grill. Bathrooms are always clean!

Wow, the concession stand is on point in this place! Plenty of choices on what to eat and the facility in general is real nice. Recliners are comfortable and the people have been super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and probably sooner than later.

First time to go to a show here at Cinemark in Roanoke but I must say the theater is beautiful and very well set up. I had an issue with my drink, where I pulled the lid off and spilled a lot of soda, a young man, who worked here, named Shawn came over and assured me that it was all good and that he and his team would take care of the cleanup. He made me feel very welcomed which is a huge change from most kids today and their views of customer service. We will be coming back here as our regular movie spot and he is a big reason why. For the record we had our order ready when we arrived but I would prefer not to have my drink filled before I arrive, not sure if that is an option.

Their XD cinema room is the best you can get to watch a movie. It's so comfortable. Get your popcorn / hot dogs / nachos / candy /sodas and be prepared to get all cozy super fast. If you're going with a friend or partner, you can remove the center cup holder and make it a love seat. open the recliner and chill.

Xd is really good, Seats are hugh and comfortable, Staff friendly, Restrooms clean, AND they have a Chargepoint Charging Station for my Electric Fiat 500e
(1.00 for first 3 hrs).... No reason to go anywhere else to see a movie.

as a disabled person getting everything preordered and brought to my handicap space makes for a very perfect exper ience every time my wife and fr ieds geta spot right next to me thank s!!!
