I'm back at CVS! Previous insurance forced me to use another pharmacy & boy did I miss CVS. My husband has cancer & this staff goes above & beyond to make sure he has all his medications. I can't thank them enough. They truly care about their customers.

I came in 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve urgently needing a prescription filled that had just been seen over 5 minutes earlier from an urgent care. I had a stomach flu and desperately needed meds for stomach pain and nausea. The pharmacist and two techs working that evening were happy to help and stayed a few minutes late to get my prescription filled. They were kind and patient when I really needed that. Thanks for going above and beyond with your work.

This pharmacy has the most AMAZING staff! Jan, the Pharmacist is always so helpful and professional. Really, the whole staff is. My prescriptions are always ready on time. They communicate with you every step of the way. They go above and beyond to assure you get a fair price by searching for coupons to help you out. They know you by name. I have had such success here, that I transferred all my prescriptions even though one of them was very costly. I did this because of the outstanding customer service I receive. Then, as an extra bonus- they spent hours researching and ended up finding me a coupon that made my expensive one drop in price by almost $100, thus BEATING the lowest price at other pharmacy's. That right there sold me on using THIS pharmacy for everything. As long as these employees are at this location, I will continue to shop here exclusively.
I've had bad experiences in the past with some of the BIG name pharmacy's, but NOT HERE. Trust me, give them a try. You will see on the first visit that this place is second to NONE.

For all the CVS Stores, this one at 2220 Cross Timbers Rd Flower Mound, TX in my opinion is the BEST! The BEST employee is LAURA! Through the years LAURA has always delivered the BEST & most Consistent , Outstanding & Efficient Service! In addition LAURA has always been extremely friendly, & quite knowledgeable in all the CVS products!

I have tried many pharmacy's in the past few years. Always to be let down. Then I found Jan and her staff here at CVS. OUTSTANDING customer service. Always very helpful and communicative. My prescriptions are always on time and they call or text you if for some reason they have a question etc. They always go above and beyond to call you by name, remember you and genuinely care about your health and well being. They are always smiling and just make you feel important. I have filled MANY prescriptions here. Never once had any issues or problems. I used to dread having to deal with the pharmacy. Now it's actually a good experience. Thank you Jan and your wonderful team!!! You guys have been a blessing.

This specific pharmacy is packed full of an AMAZING staff. Every. Single. Employee Is outstanding at customer service! They will learn your name, know your needs, then go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It's become a place I enjoy going. Jan, one of the pharmacist, is my favorite though. She really takes the time to help you, even when she is slammed. If for some odd reason she doesn't have the answer you're looking for, she WILL get it. And her whole staff as well. The dedication and teamwork is unparalle. Verses places that treat you like a number.
I'm telling you, there are a lot of options for pharmacies in our area and, some may have a lower price at times but, the customer service here is so above and beyond, it's worth the couple extra bucks now and then to have competent, reliable and caring people helping you through tough times. And they aren't always more expensive. I'm just saying. For me, if it came down to saving $10 or trusting my pharmacy to really inform me, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about my health and well being..... This team is worth it 10 times over.

Jan and her team, (shout out to Michael), are superior to any pharmacy in town.

Some lady was in there today who lost her mind because the team was attempting to get her questions answered and, for some reason, that pissed her off.
Maybe she was having a bad day?
Maybe her dog died or her husband left her.....that's not my concern. But the way she belittled this team of exemplary workers was enough to make me need blood pressure medicine. She was rude, disrespectful, and had I personally been on the other end of that counter I'd NEVER had been able to be as calm, understanding and informative as they were. She was acting really ugly... Instead, they pulled together as a team and diligently worked to find an answer/help with her ins paperwork. They stayed the course , cool, calm and collected. And 100% sweet, caring and professional. Guess they are better people than me.
That is what motivated me to write this review.
They did NOT deserve to be treated so badly when all they did was politely work hard to help her and she was just RUDE. Like, no patience - calling names- making accusations that were untrue, and just throwing a grown woman tantrum.
Then she asked for different team members first/last names. I took that as she was going to post something on here or, worse.
I'm a busy gal, but it means THAT much to me for people to know how great this team is.
Thanks Jan and team for everything you do for my family, all my friends and their families, and hopefully new people who will come see how you guys REALLY are superb.

Pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The support staff in the pharmacy is phenomenal. The staff at this location is able to perform exceptionally, even with a high volume of customers.

I think sometimes people tend to ONLY leave reviews when they aren't happy with one event that didn't go their way. I believe that is the case here as I have been coming to this store since it was an Eckerd's pharmacy (God I'm old). I can assure you these guys are right on the money 99% of the time (shout out to Mike, thanks bud)

Every experience I've had at this particular CVS has been incredibly pleasant from the cashiers and staff. Excellent customer service <3.

Store was very well organized & had what I needed. Cameron was, as usual, very heloful.

I had an extremely easy time getting my TDAP vaccine! Staff was very friendly

I don’t usually go to this CVS, but every time I do, Ellie is a super friendly cashier with a big smile.

Great personal service. ALWAYS REMEMBER MY NAME. VERY GOOD AT KEEPING MY RX'S ON TRACK AND NOTIFICATION WHEN READY.

The staff is always kind and go over top to help all of their customers.
