Nice place to go and take a shower. If you’re on the road like I am they got a little McDonald’s, Subway, Lil Cesery‘s even if you close you can buy while you’re there one stop shop place beautiful.

It's clean the associates who work are very nice and polite.

Rainbow was outstanding when I asked about a batch of wings she got on it right away and made me some fresh wings. She's very calm, cool, collected and very professional! It means alot especially being a Trucker being out on the road for days at a time it's great to have someone like Rainbow taking care of our needs as professional drivers!

It was an early stop for us. The bathrooms were clean. It was a bit busy. I got quite a few snacks and even some caramel popcorn to bring home to the kids. They have a McDonalds here that is only doing drive-thrus and take-outs. The dining area is restricted. They are practicing safe distance here. They are well stocked.

Large parking lot and clean surrounding (nice)👌clean store,clean restroom but no hot or warm water🥴😞 McDonald's n Subway for past food, IHOP just a walking distance.Good lesson to learn don't judge a person by the color of theirs skin "stop observing me"!! By the way have u seen the NASTY MAN,man that leave his nasty bottle of urine on the parking lot,or gallon of urine against the curb??So, someone will dispose it for him that's the NASTY MAN!!

This place was amazing they had excellent customer service my bathroom was immaculate my wife also reported to me that her bathroom was very clean cemetery is a big thing when a woman has to sit down on the toilet the food selection was outstanding fresh fruits fruit cups and also a 24-hour Subway was also located inside of the store if your electronic buff like myself you love to gaze at the glass casing of all kinds of pretty toys like headsets CB radios and also handheld walkie talkies once again our stop at Pilot the Skater 2 drivers like us it's very important thing when I trucker pulls over and asked to use the restroom and Philip his diesel very quickly and you know they're good store when there's a whole line of people waiting outside thanks guys and thank you Google Maps for sending me this location and easy turn-by-turn navigation

Anthony Davis is a great guy with a caring ❤ as I pulled n2 the fuel island my truck caught fire I spent the nx 2 hours working on it thot I had it fix n developed a fuel leak Anthony barricaded my truck with plastic barricades making it safer 4 me absolutely a warm hearted sole many many thanx

Bathrooms was clean, showers were clean and hot, staff was excellent. Patient and very helpful as well as friendly!!!! 5⭐

The showers are very clean, Mr Ryan Anthony Davis was very polite and extremely fast. But the manager Ms teranee was very disrespectful

I have to give a lot of credit to this location. It hits everything - clean, organized, good parking including seperate for bobtails, a rigorously cleaned bathroom. Rainbow, the manager on duty, was cleaning the women's bathroom while I was there and you could have just about eaten off the counter it was so clean. She was generous with the Bleach! For once I didn't feel unsafe walking into the bathroom. I enjoyed my conversation with the young man behind the counter as I picked up a cute new t-shirt and a Redbull. The McDonald's staff were friendly and efficient. I am amazed really that this is in Fort Worth. Location beat all my expectations by a mile. Just wish the showers weren't $18 or I would have gotten one. But we already paid for parking (#worthit). Keep it up, you're doing great!

The place is clean and Brian was great at helping make the Pilot Travel Center a brighter place.

Clean showers, helpful staff, Subway, McDonald's and cinnabon. Pretty much the same as any other pilot but they are fast and friendly and clean. I also liked that they have plenty of help behind the counter helping customers.

Question. Are the EV chargers that were supposed to open the end of September working yet ?

What an impeccable service!!! Outstanding! One of your employees by name Jacob went out of his way to send me the books I forgot at Subway inside the Pilot and I am beyond grateful for his good deed. Thank you for hiring such an outstanding employee, that will go above and beyond for his customers. This truck stop is definitely the true definition of amazing service.

Clean showers, nice service, pretty girls in subway restaurant...

Spent there a few good days, they don't bother you fir overnight parking in car or van like some places. It can be short staffed at times but over all chill place to wait for a load. There is an older bald guy who is amazing at cleaning showers fast. But if there is night where short staffed and "no showers" because no cleaners, who is to care if you just do what u gotta do😉

Really busy Friday night, but there was several parking spaces available. There was a wait for a shower, but they were coming available pretty quick. The shower was roomy, clean and had great water pressure with plenty of blazing hot water. Overall it was really good for how busy they were.
