Looking for a new watch and stopped by Best Buy in Grapevine. Best Buy employee Devon saw us browsing and asked if he could help. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The process was seamless and we left with EXACTLY the watch I wanted. What a great experience!!

For a brick and mortar electronics store in the 2020's, they were actually a pretty good experience. The layout of the store was nice, with everything easy to spot from the front door. Picking up on online order was easy, and took only minutes with the barcode scan.

Great experience. We were greeted at the door by a delightfully helpful fellow. We found what we needed. Then the spectacular young lady at the checkout counter was engaging and humorous. What a great experience. Thank you Best Buy.

I really appreciate this location! It’s the only store I trust to handle all my Apple products! The mobile team is great! Tracen, Michael, and Sukh are super helpful with whatever I need…ordering an iPhone, transferring data to my new phone, troubleshooting my Apple Watch and those pesky screen protectors! Great customer service!

Went to Best Buy in Grapevine searching for a little bit of everything… refrigerator, vacuum, home security… and we worked with Cristian and Moe, who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and all around customer-focused. We took about 2 to 3 hours of their time and because they were so willing to help, we made a purchase that we feel great about. Huge shout out to them for their great customer service.

I went there to buy an inexpensive smart phone where other Best Buy locations were sold out. But luckily I got Motorola moto G which has a 4.4 ratings with a price of $99 plusTax. It came out to total $108.90. Thank God. This BestBuy has made My Christmas Wish come true. I would definitely recommend people to go to this Grapevine BestBuy. Their staff are dedicated and knowledgeable.

I love shopping online, but there are some things I really want to touch and feel before buying. Best Buy provides that possibility for a wide range of products with the trained staff to answer the questions I have.

Best buy is the Goat. Bought an open box and upon arrival they were no longer able to find the TV I bought and instead of screwing me with the whole you'll get a refund they offered an unopened one in its place

IT tram was great working on our computer. Everyone was very helpful and was greater upon entrance, that felt sincere. Shocking in this day of lax customer service.

I purchased a gift online, proceeded to the customer service line, and spoke with Sukh. From when I stepped up to the counter to my departure, Sukh displayed a customer-first attitude. He was informative about my purchase and gave unbiased and insightful information when I asked for advice.
I will seek Sukh's advice regardless of what I shop for at Best Buy. Best Buy, specifically the Grapevine store, is BLESSED to have Sukh on their staff.

Late Saturday night we went to Best Buy to look for an incredibly specific sized refrigerator. After visiting both Lowes and Home Depot, we thought we were on our own to research. However, at Best Buy we had the most incredible customer service we have had in a while. Yemel in the appliance department was so knowledgeable and did so much research to find us the PERFECT refrigerator. Thank you to Yemel. If you need an appliance, look for him!

The guys in the installation department put in an amp for me they did a great job everything works great no wires showing everything looks good five stars all the way for the installation guys... I have to take some pictures of the amps
