I returned an Amazon purchase at Kohl's & got a 25% discount coupon good for an entire purchase. I spent a couple of hours peacefully shopping to nice music, through great merch & excellent sales. Got loads of stuff. The staff was very helpful & pleasant, too.

I needed a new pillow, so stopped by neighborhood Kohl's in search of one. To my surprise, I found a firm pillow for side sleeper. Not exactly cheap given the price on sale, $49. I'll have to post later on the comfortableness of it. Stay tuned

While we were ordering on the Kiosk, the guy named Britain from the customer service counter came out and made sure we had good experience proactively. He helped out with an issue and offered help if we had any issues with ordering online in future. Had a pleasant experience. Thanks Britain…

Good selection and great prices

Fast and easy Amazon dropoff. It's nice and clean also and the staff are friendly. Their clothes are also affordable and good-quality.

The lady whose checkout line I used was very helpful and polite. Kohl's cash I had on my account originally didn't go through but rather than send me to the long line at customer service she fixed it herself. She was very helpful and determined to make sure my total was fixed before I left.
