Tharkari Indian Grocery

Tharkari, my Indian grocery store. Small store but I got everything I would ever need for Indian kitchen. Vegetable are fresh, you get snacks that we cherish, rice, flours, spices.

Being small is pretty significant for me, I dont want to spend hours in grocery store doing treasure hunt. get in, get everything and get out in 15-30 min. This saves me lot of time.

Shop owner is amazing person, friendly and always has suggestions when you have questions like, which tea power to buy or why raw mangoes re pricey now.

you wouldn't get such luxury with other stores. I heard other stores manipulate billing etc. Tharkari is the simply best!. I stopped going to other stores.

Fun stuff store with nice selection of Indian grocery items that can be hard to find.

Very good, small and convenient grocery store that has almost anything you want to purchase to cook Indian or Persian food. It is clean and friendly. They have fresh produce and whole milk yogurt as well. Plus the Basmati rice.
I came from California to visit my son and his family here and was very glad to find this store on my first visit in town.

Small nice place to shop for your day to day Indian grocery. The person who takes care of the store is nice and always greeted with smile.

Tharkari is an Indian grocery store. We were pleasantly surprised to see a good collection of fresh vegetables. Also we were able to get regular groceries, rice, atta, millets, children's snacks etc. from our usual list. Glad to have this store in our neighborhood.

Small store but the vegetables that you get here are much fresher than every other Indian store. Very well priced. Owner always greets you with a smile. Their home made curd is so tasty ,

Small place but all Indian cooking needs are available. Vegetables are fresh compared to big Indian places.

Decent Indian store which is the only one in Flower Mound. Prices might be high because this is not Irving or Plano. Staff is helpful. We asked the owner to get specific vegetable and he kept his word to stock it in couple of days.

Surprisingly well stocked market for its location. Nice choices of fresh and preserved food. The people are nice and helpful.

If you are gluten free, you will be amazed at the choices that open up for you here. They even have an excellent Indian fermented pancake batter (dosa) that is like a sourdough batter.

The yogurt has a lot of active probiotics. I tested it against other yogurts and it was the most active.

They also have really refreshing ice cream. I had the cardamom, delicious.

UPDATE I tried their samosa today and they were absolutely delicious. Tender pastry and generous filling.

Thakari is the best place to shop for Indian groceries and also you get the best Indian veggies only here. The lady's fingers and the tender drumsticks are just awesome.

Nice small grocery store with almost all the necessary Indian items available

Great low prices along with a great selection. From spices to rice and fresh produce that other groceries stores don't have.

Very nice guys there who also run a restaurant in Irving. Try the samosas they have at the counter. My kids love them!
