AT&T Store

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Naomi. My iPad was stolen and I was having trouble filing the claim. While resolving my issue she was multi-tasking and helping 3 other customers. She did an outstanding job helping me and everyone she assisted. She deserves a raise. Thank you Naomi!

I now had AT&T for over 20 years for this one reason the customer service is beyond incredible it’s never changed. Naomi and Justin went over and beyond to help me get my new upgrade on my new iPhone. I am one to have 1000 questions and then some they answered each and every question without hesitation and very professional and very nice I recommend this store if you are looking for a new phone I will definitely be coming back to the store for all my AT&T products. I love my new iPhone!! God bless🙏🏻🥰

Naomi is incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and was able to resolve an issue I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. I previously tried getting assistance from AT&T customer service as well as in a different store and they were unable to help. Thought I’d take one more chance at getting the issue resolved in person & Naomi got it done. I am truly grateful for her expertise, patience & help!

Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. You deserve the recognition!!

Naomi is a fantastic customer service rep. We came in with a trade in concern and she was patient walking us through every step and even calling customer service with us to help with steps specific to our account. She made this the best experiences we’ve had with any carrier and we will be going out of our way to go to this store if we ever need anything in the future. Thank you so much!

Had issues with my new phone and watch ordered from AT&T. Liberty, Justin, Karl, and Pam (CRS) did a great job taking care of my and getting everything up and running again. Will definitely come back to see these guys!!

Stellar Customer Service
I was greeted as I stepped through the door by the associates. Dallas helped me resolve my issues in record time. Dallas is very knowledgeable, courteous and is an absolute whiz with iPhones. This will be my store from now on.

Came in an needed a new phone amd phone line. Justin was awesome. Very professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. Which was less than 30 mins. Great store!

Arslaan was a wonderful help I couldn’t think of a better AT&T store to visit! He helped me transfer everything and made sure I was comfortable with my new phone before leaving the store!

I have been to this store twice and Naomi helped me both times. She helped me set up my new phone and was extremely patient with me when we were trying to reactivate a super old Apple Watch. When we eventually gave up she helped me with my new watch as well~ She was absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend enough!

Arslaan assisted me several times in the last day. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did everything he could do to efficiently help me with multiple issues. I am thankful.

Arslaan Shaikh at the flower mound location in Texas helped me transfer my line over and trade in my old phone for a new one and transfer over all the data. He was extremely professional and very helpful. I love my new service and phone, love ATT and the staff at your flower mound, Grand Prairie location! Ok, so I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but this employee deserves a standing ovation for her excellent customer service. Let me just say, Naomi has the patience of Job! My husband and I came into this AT&T store on the eve of Thanksgiving (about 7:20pm) and there were already 2 other customers being helped before us that had complicated issues. Naomi was not only assisting each customer, but she was guiding another employee who was in training. She was courteous, patient, calm, and professional until well beyond their closing time. As a 20+ year customer of Verizon, I came in reluctant to move my business AT&T. However, if all AT&T customer service is similar to the service Naomi provides, I anticipate I will remain with AT&T for many years to come.

Ms. Naomi and Mr. Dallas are very professional and very helpful, I appreciate their hard working and patient on my case.
