I can recommend a better condominium to live in than KATY RANCH APARTAMENT. The customer service is by far the best that can be offered in these facilities, thanks to Susana for her cordiality and kindness, both clarifying doubts and helping me in the process. The facility is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. And the unmatched staff. I don't give it more stars, because you can't.

I had a great experience at Katy Ranch apartments, and I gotta give a shoutout to Jesus, the gentleman who helped me out. It was my fifth leasing office stop of the day, and I was getting sick of apartment hunting and dealing with people. But Jesus was top-notch – super nice and took the time to ask questions to understand what I was looking for instead of information dumping on me. I haven't made a decision yet, but having staff that makes the whole process smooth and stress-free is a huge selling point for me. Big props to Jesus and the Katy Ranch team.

Jesus, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely chill. He didn't rush me or try to pressure me into anything. Instead, he was super patient and laid-back, which I really appreciated. It's rare to find someone in that role who's not all about the hard sell, but Jesus totally gets it. Mad props to him for being cool and professional at the same time!

Spoke with Jesus today as I was searching for a new home this coming April. He was the most polite and knowledgeable and friendliest person I’ve ever spoke with. Usually I have a hard time with getting a hold of office staff when I call to get info so this was already a plus about the property. I am super excited to see the property and hopefully this will be my new home.

Adriana and Andrea helped any questions my husband and I had. They were both very sweet on my daughter when she was being a handful. And the tour that Andrea gave us was amazing! We are hoping to be apart of this community with how gorgeous the complex is and how amazing the hospitality was!

Our experience has been wonderful here. From the first time we met the office personnel to tour the model, to the application process and move in. We could have not asked for a better experience. We’re on our second month of living at Katy Ranch Apartments and we love it so far, our apartment is beautiful and for now it is home. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The community is well-maintained and very safe, with ample parking and friendly neighbors.

From the moment I first inquired about leasing a unit, the staff were friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in process was seamless and stress-free.

I have lived here for 5 years and been 3 different management companies here. At first it was hectic but I applaud Adriana and Maria for taking the time to listen to me and my concerns with my apartment. Even taking the time to set an appointment and provide excellent undivided attention to me as a loyal tenant. The customer service is good. They could do something about the hallways but other then that I’m happy TAM Residential has taken over.

Maria and Adriana along Alex and everyone in office are by far so amazing! They are super knowledgeable and very attentive to detail! Through their shared efforts they make the property shine! Definitely one of the best teams I have ever work with!

Even though our neighbors upstairs are super loud. The complex has always been quick to repair any of our needs. We love Rita. And if you are interested we recommend to look for her. She has been great with our stay here

It is always nice when you go to a business, and find a person that is knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel glad that you chose to come in. Alex was that person for me. When I went to Katy Ranch, Alex didn't try to sell me, just listened to me and genuinely tried to find a unit that met my needs. Alex should be employee of the year!
