Sonny is the paint department is by far the best! We had him color match a paint from over 7 years ago and he was able to match it perfectly. H made his own adjustments a few times and nailed it! Need a color match? See Sonny!

Last evening we went to buy paint. Steven and Nicole were very nice and patient. The last time I was there I did not get that kind of service. They were very helpful in helping my daughter choose the color. They are truly an asset to Home Depot.

This location needs improvements with external lighting. It's really dark and this is a safety liability for customers and employees.

I want to also add, that I was running on fumes, working on my car and broke a bolt. Drove to multiple locations and and this was my final stop. I was on my final limb, in the section for bolts and screws and this gentleman passes by and asks how I'm doing. I said well but I really wasn't but he made me feel that his ask was genuine. This gentleman is Mr. Willis who works there, elderly gentleman that didn't have to ask me, but he did. The store was about to close with the final hour coming to an end. He helped me with the most sincerest effort, took his time and listened as I explained my issue. He helped me find my bolt and even after I walked away to look for something else. I see him in the main walkway and he still showed me the other parts that might complement the solution I was seeking. Thank you Mr. Willis for being a great help and restoring my energy in solving my problem.

It’s a good HD in a decent neighborhood. Not nearly as sketchy as the one over there off I-10. They got those mosquito repellent bands and that’s what’s important to me.

Home Depot is a unique place which we can’t compare with other stores when we want to find some specific items. Yes we have multiple stores who Carries some items but the variety is only at Home Depot.

One major thing which always bothers when I go to find something without pre planning for some specific items.

Sometimes the wait time is too much for certain department when we need help from someone associates to come and help, it’s may be because of some shortage of employees but most of the time there are no issues.

I had a curbside order on 4/30/24. As soon as we pulled into spot 3 Rashon was very helpful immediately. He even helped me with the app. He and his crew had us in and out so respectful and curious. What memorable customer service. Kudos to Rashon and crew. My wife and I talked about it all the way home. Impressive Thank you!!

Always good has any other home Depot. This location is convenient to me and I really do enjoy coming here because I can get in and out pretty quickly. Never really a super long line and if there is the associates are there to help you out.

Have you ever tried using gift cards? I personally am not a fan, there always seems to be some issue, (is it just me or do y’all agree)

Well let me tell you about my experience today. I want to start by saying Larry was helping me check out, I joked with him I was probably going to be a pain in the you know what because I wanted to use a gift card for part of my purchase, I actually had 3 card totaling $132.00. His response was no problem. We got this! The total for my items was about $270. We tried the first $50 gift card denied tried the second $50 gift card denied tried the third card that was $32 dollars and you guessed it denied. I know that all the cards were active and valid; right before I left for the store I called the number on the back of each card and verified it. Instead of just looking at me like I’m trying to pull some type of scam Larry quickly handled the problem something he did on the register allowed me to pay 50-50 32 and the balance with my bank card. I want to give him a huge shout out Larry’s professionalism and experience definitely shown through. He is definitely an asset to Home Depot. I appreciate his knowledge and effort.

I’ve had really good luck with the service at this Home Depot and will continue to shop there

My husband & I were shopping for bathroom fixtures on MON night (12-04-23). Three of the four towel racks that we wanted were at the VERY top of the shelving. We asked a few workers for help and they said that they would send someone to help. NO ONE ever came.? Jesse, from the Lumber Dept, passed by and noticed that we needed assistance. He inquired about how he could help & immediately went to get a tall ladder! He climbed up the ladder and got the three towel racks! Jesse is definitely an asset for Home Depot and deserves a promotion and pay rai$e!!!

We went for the memorial day sales!! And we saved over 600$ Home Depot had it going on. We always get our appliances from here. They are so kind and helpful. It is always a quick process, in and out, when getting our appliances from here. They have everything you need for your home. Ill get my grill and lawn mower from here, once the time comes.

We waited a very long time to have our lumber loaded to our truck. Careful with choosing lumber as sometimes you will get a batch that’s all messed up, like picture. By the way I do fences and repairs as a side job. Other than that it’s a HD.

Customer service in appliances was above everything i could have imagined. Through knowledge sharing, I saved over $150. Thank you, Mr. QUICKLY

I am always pleased when I shop home depot. The selection, prices, and helpful service is top notch. I came to this location to get a specific drill for my birthday and was excited to find some Nightmare Before Christmas Halloween decorations.

Best place for everything you need for your home projects. The prices are as good as on Amazon, but you have one year to return your products in case you need it. I find the workers there to be hit and miss in term of knowledge and tips. The best tips for me are the online user reviews at homeDepot.com. I found the best advices on the user reviews for choosing which roller rock paint to use for my pool patio and I loved the result (see pic).

Clean organized store. Found some cob web brushes to take to my work. Convenient location.

Another visit to the garden center. Got some foundation sand and some pavers.

I went to 3 stores trying to get wood. When I reached this location I explained my situation and they cut my lumber to spec. Rana was amazing! Knew what I was asking and now my rebuild is complete because of good customer service. Thanks!!

The Home Depot in Katy Texas was great and very helpful but I have been very disappointed at the Home Depot in Brenham. I was so disappointed I left Home Depot and went over to Lowe’s and got so much help at Lowe’s. That’s where I will go from now on when I’m in Brenham.
