I have been to several locations before, and they are all good, but this one stands out. Store was your typical Duluth, but the customer service set this one apart. I came in because I had a problem with an online order. They fixed it and then some. And they did it with a smile! So grateful I happened to be in the area so these guys could get me straightened out. If only online customer service were this good.

Never been, just get the catalog. Wanted to see the clothes in person. Very friendly people. Showed me which underwear was what. Got my boyfriend underwear from here, and he loves them, so I wanted to see what else they had. Lots of selections and lots of clothes! The tshirts, jackets, pants, and in the front had a nice selection of games and other non clothes related. Hate to get out of there before I spent my paycheck. Too bad they don't have one in Denham Springs LA.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long long time. Fran was incredibly helpful, along with her colleague, somehow her name slipped my mind. I came in for one item and proceeded to pick up several more the ladies were patient and attentitative. Even called back to request more items and they were on top of it. Can't wait to visit again. :)

Very helpful staff. A clean and well organized store. It’s pretty far outside the city but it’s the only location in Houston.

They have great sales. And if something doesn’t work out then you can exchange or return, no questions asked. They back their products.

This place was so entertaining. High quality items, highly functional gear, very personable staff and lots of humorous staging around the store. The guy with the hoop earring in his right ear (stylish af) was extremely helpful and friendly! Loved it!

Best pants I ever had. I started using them for strictly work because they are very tough and they last a very long time. Now I buy some for personal use. Skip the fabric softener, I noticed the zipper tends to weaken when I use fabsof. Outside of that, best pants in my book.

Good sturdy britches for hard working men and women. But for real... I bought a pair of gardener bibs two weeks ago and haven't taken them off since! These things are awesome!! I had heard through family this place was good and it did not disappoint. Well made, sturdy, functional clothing, and an all around cool store with a great staff, all of whom were very nice and helpful. A real pleasure.

Always phenomenal customer service. Great selection of clothing for men and women. All their clothes are made so good, that you buy them once, and they might last you a lifetime. All their clothes are a great fit and a great feel to the touch.

I've shopped Duluth Trading online for years. Glad they opened a store in Katy, Texas.

Great selection of working and hiking clothes. Little on the pricey side but the quality outweighs the price. If you work outdoors this is the place for you !

Every employee I passed in this store greeted and asked me if I needed help. Everyone was super friendly and always seemed busy/helping or asking a customer if they needed help. Asa was such a nice cashier and showed us some really fun items in the store! The place was also spotless and have bucee level bathrooms
