Target

I have two locations that I sit between. Technically this is the closest and it is a nice store. I have found many items here over the years and it's always a pleasant experience. I've never had any problems with the products, the staff or the management. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful in the electronics department, the Halloween seasonal area and the express checkout. I'd recommend giving it a chance.

Loving the Tabitha Brown Collection. I purchased a few of her candles. I was told she has more items available for a limited time that everyone should definitely be on the look out for.

I had to take some socks back due to the incorrect size. The sales associate was incredibly quick on the return and that was in and out in less than 5 minutes!

The best shopping market in the states in term of quality, but prices here is little bit higher than Walmart.
Some departments has shortage of items such as the fruits and vegetables, while clothes has wide variety of choices.

One can pay cash or credit, you can also use the self payment feature.

Target at Eastchase is wonderful. Cashiers and the manager are wonderful. The facility is relatively clean. It used to be better. And the Starbucks is slow and inefficient. But the staff is welcoming and always helpful. Thank you Target-Eastchase!

This is one of my favorite targets it's always clean they always in stock with my favorite dog food brand. I go here every week

Went to find Rangers long sleeved shirt. They were sold out. But found lots more to buy!

Came today 3/5/23 around 6:30pm and the curbside employee did an outstanding job . Despite it being busy he had my order out in 5 minutes. Very kind young man and was very sincere! Kid deserves a raise !!!

There was a mistake made by the fulfillment team but the manager Chris took control, made the experience better. The product was exactly what i needed at a good price. There was a technical difficulty at checkout, but the team worked together quickly to take care of myself and others. When you know there is a team actively working to take care of an issue, a little wait is not an issue at all.

I was at this store today and overheard the manager being very supportive and uplifting to multiple employees that worked there. All of the employees were so positive and helpful. Thank you all for what you do!

It’s a regular target, not a super target. That being said, they do have almost the same stock give or take.

My experience is with Drive Up as the Alliance location (the location closest to me) didn’t have the Millie Moon diapers I buy in stock. I decided to put an order in first just to make sure Eastchase location had it before driving all the way over here. Thankfully they did though!

Drive Up was quick, I checked in the ap once I arrived and as I was updating my status on Yelp the lady pulled up with my order. So o didn’t wait long at all! There were plenty of parking spaces for both Drive Up and regular spaces for going inside to shop, not busy at all.

Best staff. Chico in toys/electronics area was so extremely helpful in finding a collectible toy after a bad experience at the Camp Wisdom store! So happy this is my home target. Clean aisles and staff who doesn’t mind helping you!

I must say, and I cant stress this enough, this is by far the best Target, and probably retail store that I have ever visited. Im 30 years old and I have never been as satisfied. As a regular at Walmarts across the great United States, I have experienced sub-par service and settings time after time. I felt like it was time for an upgrade in my life so I went to this location today. First off the cart, man, let me tell you about the cart... Very smooth ride, clean and felt like I was glided through the aisles. I was so impressed I stopped other guests to ask how their carts handled. Then to top it off, Sharon, my cashier, was so sweet, very fast and helpful. I highly recommend this Target and know that im done with Walmart unless its an emergency. Great job guys! Keep it up.

I normally shop online and then pick up curbside. I have ALWAYS had the best customer service experiences with the Target I normally shop at. On top of that, they seem to make sure that you're getting the correct product that you order, as opposed to other stores I have experienced. Wonderful all the way around each time!

Great job Target! Not over crowding the aisles with holiday stuff and leaving the space to move around far enough from other shoppers with COVID-19 precautions.

I came to the this location to shop for baby items as I have a little one on the way. I was happy I chose this Target location (Eastchase) as they had what several of the items I wanted in stock. One of the team members, Chico, helped by pulling boxes down (travel sets, high chairs, pack n plays etc) and even offered assistance to get everything loaded for us to go home. I truly appreciated this. Check out went smoothly and I encountered other friendly team members as well. Wonderful experience overall!
