Great ease or ordering what I need, also being able to see special buys & sales. Target has better products and good prices for them. Customer service is amazing. Drive up is very convenient.

The store here is similar to other Target locations yet excels at what it provides. A large item variety is to be found here with savings and deals to only make shopping easier on the wallet. A Starbucks cafe is also located near the front entrance.

Needing a locked item from the electronics department, I searched for a minute or two and could find no employee. I was shocked! I have never before seen a Target without this section always staffed. However, returning to the desk and checkout area for this department, I noticed a button that calls for the on-duty employee and promises that the customer will be helped within sixty seconds. Well, it took less than five. The worker who helped me was very friendly and so willing to help. Without any questioning, they approved my request to price match what their live website showed. Thank you!

Love Target drive up pick up service! So convenient and no long wait times!

Always an easy shopping trip. Self checkout makes it fast for small runs. Drive up order is fast and easy. Cashiers are always friendly. Like the set up of the store. Using the app makes shopping and coupon use and payments a breeze. And Starbucks with free refills!

Very affordable shopping with open space. Free parking and handicap parking with restrooms. Quick courteous service.

Very nice and clean Target Store. Easy to find the products we were searching for. We used the self serve checkout and didn’t have any employee interaction.

We love the CVS inside Martinsburg Target! The pharmacy goes above and beyond for their customers more so than any other pharmacy. Their staff is always kind, respectful, and professional. The pharmacist Andrew is absolute best! He’s working most of the time (at least it seems like he is every time we have a question) and he always takes time to talk to us and answer our questions without leaving us feel rushed! Highly recommend!

Typically spend 30 - 45 minutes in store. Love the staff at the Starbucks, they are very upbeat and pleasant. Layout is very nice, however some departments could use a bit more tending to organization wise. My favorite Target in my area for sure!

Nice selection of most of the things I look for at a grocery/department store, clean, easy checkout, nice layout, quality products, and now the Circle program lets you direct where some charity funds will go, it's a community-minded store. Also, in this time of Covid- everyone wore their masks and wore them correctly, and staff quietly ensure all customers are wearing masks.

Great product selection with easy to find items; well outlined overhead department banners and prices are good. Staff is friendly and courteous and checkout is speedy.

Love the baby and kids clothing sections. Great prices on movies. Baby section is always well stocked. The food section is great for when you need to just stop in and grab last minute items. They sell alot of healthy food options.

The customer service was fantastic! Not only did they have a amazing sale so we could finish our marvel movie collection but the employee helping us went above and beyond to help us get the one we were missing.

I personally love Target!! This one is no exception. They have it all. Bullseye's Playground always has cute little things to get for $1 or $3. I really like shopping for clothes there and I never have trouble finding my size in the items that I want. I do think the clearance rack could be a bit better. I generally only find the xs or xl sizes no in betweens.

Clean & inviting store. Restrooms always clean. Pharmacy staff helpful. Shop the end caps away from main aisles to find bargains. Cartwheel app helps one find sales & coupons.

Love this store it has the best customer service! Very convenient because it also has a Starbucks! The staff here are all so nice and helpful 🙂

Efficient, clean, easy to navigate

This place absolutely SUCKS. Everything there is made in China ,and there was no child play area. The employees are so rude, when I tried to ride a shopping cart they yelled at me and threatened to kick me out so I just calmly said SHUT UPPPPP NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOU NOT EVEN YOUR MOTHER.

I found the best deal on ink for my printer today thanks to an employee who answered my question over the phone.
