Quality Inn & Suites Kearneysville - Martinsburg

I have stayed at this Quality Inn for 1 day sometimes 2 days during the weekends for the passed 2 months. The lady at the the front is so friendly and nice and so are the people in house cleaning. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My daughter loves the breakfast. Very nice and friendly!

Absolutely love this place. The receptionist was extremely helpful with my booking and upon arrival was fast and efficient with getting me my room. She was able to help me find a room after another hotel wouldn’t give us a room due to our age.

Clean, super friendly staff, and got us a last minute room at an affordable rate after our initial hotel was cancelled and refunded due to our room being already heavily occupied by roaches! Will recommend to anyone I know if you need a room close to Harpers Ferry (less than 10 minutes away)!

Firstly, I am disappointed to read the negative reviews that I have read about the hotel staff, service, rooms, etc. My boyfriend and I have been staying there with our 2 kids for about a month now and we have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff and the service our family has received since we walked through the doors! Knowing this leads me to conclude that there are a lot of people that just are impossible to please or just have nothing but negative things to say. The manager of the hotel Brandy is an AMAZING person and has gone above and beyond to make our stay a great experience and has been so courteous and helpful and nice to us. Her and her husband both are great people! They have really worked with us and I know a lot of others giving us great weekly rates for us and those that have extended stay. The rooms are very clean which I commend the housekeeping for! They are prompt about changing out the linens for fresh ones, always courteous to us and have smiles on their faces. They have breakfast every morning for the guests and the eggs are fantastic! I just wanted to credit brandy who is management and her husband for being genuinely good hearted people and we appreciate them and all they have done for my family. Also, the whole staff is great, I've not met one staff member who I have any issue with or negative thing to say about any of them! Hopefully others will appreciate them and What they do the way we do. Thank you Brandy and staff for being awesome!

This is the only hotel I will ever stay at when I visit. It's clean and I feel very well taken care of when we stay. The breakfast is also very good. I have never enjoyed complimentary breakfast at hotels I stay at, but I can truly say that I enjoyed breakfast each morning. General manager is always so thoughtful and kind. The staff has always been on point!

We decided to grab a room with our dog on a long drive and were pleasantly surprised! The staff was lovely, the room was clean, and the jets in the tub were excellent on my back after being in a car for 6 hours. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean and well kept. Their complimentary breakfast included sausage, eggs, and waffles. Who doesn’t love waffles? It’s about 20 minutes to Harper’s Ferry as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great job!

I loved this hotel. It is being upgraded and new carpet has already been laid. New TV's are in rooms and new bedding too. The owner and his staff keeps this place so tidy! Parking lot is well lit, hot and cold breakfast free coffee all day and the service that you just can't find any more. A friendly greeting in the morning and upon my return another friendly greeting. The rooms are nice with a scenic view. The price is VERY reasonable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Thanks for making my stay so great.

This hotel is wonderful! We stayed here on vacation and the service we received is outstanding. They make you feel so welcome from the time you walk in until leaving . The breakfast bar was amazing and my kids loved it ! Definitely will be returning !

Loved this place. We booked it from the road after deciding we needed to stop. The staff was great, breakfast was great. The room was amazing. We stayed at a hotel at our destination which was double the price and not as nice. Nothing bad to say at all

We loved our vacation! We just checked out today after a wonderful weekend at your hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious! Amazing hotel, From when we first check in my fiancé and I enjoyed our stay very much so our housekeeper; was so good to us made sure we had clean towels and the best service. The only down side was the front desk clerk that was acting very unprofessional making disrespectful remarks towards me and my fiancé who serves our country in another state and just visiting. Please do better but overall amazing job

Very good rooms. We stayed there while visiting family in the area. The suite with two double beds accommodated 3 adults and a teenager using the pull out sofa. Not hugely spacious rooms but nice enough. The staff was courteous and seemed efficient. The breakfast had a good quantity of food available. The only negative was the low water pressure in the shower. Overall a good value for the money but not exceptional or a destination hotel

I lived there for 8 months. Me being from texas I want a good friendly atmosphere.
This place by far was one if not the best place I have stayed in 20 yrs. hell the where even nice enough to come get me from the bar down the road. Truly a pleasure staying here and some of the finest people I’ve ever met out of state.

We made life long friends with the front staff and the owner.

The hotel did revisions from floorings to furnitures.
It is pets friendly. Hotel is clean , friendly staffs.
Neighbourhood is Ok peaceful

Our stay to visit Family in the area for a few days was excellent! This was our 2nd trip to WV in under a month, & the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this location...the rooms were clean, & the customer service (especially Brandie) was excellent! We will definitely be staying here a lot in the future!

The hotel looks amazing with all the new renovations being done. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendant was cheerful and welcoming i had a great experience at this hotel and recommend this location to all my friends

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were nice and puffy, towels were white. I can't complain about anything . Breakfast was offered but I did t make that . Stay was worth the money.

Very excellent customer service skills and hospitality. John was awesome. He made sure I had breakfast ready since I was up early. The staff was great! I enjoyed my stay!
